** We are open and accepting bookings on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Years Day. ** 23 acres enclosed with 4' high woven wire fence, a mix of open field and heavy woods, sometimes turkey, grouse, gophers, and bunnies, lots of "sniff therapy"! Private entrance is shaded with easy access right onto the wooded trails! The portapotty and dog rinse station are located in the parking area. We have bug sprays and poop bags at the entrance and the far end of the field for you to use if needed. Special visitation hours or larger groups may be available under prior arrangement. Shoot us a message, and we can usually make larger groups or people traveling to/from dog competitions happen! For those traveling, we might also be able to accommodate visits outside of our normal hours. ***now that we have freezing temps at night, we are not leaving water out in the field.***

The area was so clean and tidy. The grass was cut short. There were balls to play with and an extra leash hanging. ❤️ My pup absolutely loved the large area to run. The training structures were also very cool even though pup wasn't interested. It was closed off and very secure. We couldn't see outside of the fences, which was super nice. We had such a great time.

Great spot! I own Waggin Tails Winona - I will definitely be back again with clients and my own dogs. I’ve had bad experiences at the public dog park and this was just perfect. There was water available, balls and a ton of shade. I brought my own toys for the pups and they all just had a blast!

Nice large open space. Visual barriers along the fence lines. May have to contend with neighbor dogs barking and possibly coming up to the fence. No airlock on the entrance, so be aware if you need to grab something from your car and have slippery dogs. Very nice overall!

Use Apple Maps as google map sent us the wrong way. Parking is right off the road - it’s a beautiful, huge field. Our dogs loved running and playing with the provided tennis balls. I highly recommend this place if your fur baby likes to run. They also have an area of fun fall decorations.

The space was large and safe for our two dogs. The owners even plowed paths for the dogs and humans which was appreciated. The area was clean and there were even a few toys in a basket to use. We appreciated the trash can for picking up after our dogs.

We’re new to Sniffspot and Amy’s private field was a great introduction. The neighbor’s dogs were pretty insistent on greeting our dogs and even stuck their snout through the gate and bit one of our dog’s nose. This wasn’t Amy’s fault so I still gave 5-stars, especially after I notified her and she sent her husband out to put more privacy/reinforcements along the side gate. Our dogs had a blast! We’ll be back in the future. :-)

Are dog fields safe?

If you are looking for an adventure, but also looking for safety, Sniffspot dog fields are a great option. While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, distracted dog owners, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private space for just you and doggy friends you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). Especially for training, privacy is ideal. Contrary to public dog parks, all Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog for off leash exercise or outdoor training. 93% of reviews on Sniffspot visits are 5 stars, while public dog parks often do not even have verified reviews. All payment is done securely online by credit card in a few simple clicks.

You can review the details of the listing to make sure it works as your desired activity space, for example, safe dog exercise, dog training, a stress-free adventure with your furry friend or even a puppy event. You can even check the park amenities chart for amenities such as indoor training facilities, agility field, synthetic turf, exercise balls or field parking availability in advance. If inclement weather is an issue or poor field conditions, you can reschedule your visit up to 2 hours in advance.

What are the requirements to bring my dog to a Sniffspot dog field?

We require that all four-legged friends have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. We do not allow dogs with a bite history. We require that guests sign our waiver and agree to follow our safety rules. Make sure to check host rules before visiting to ensure, for instance, that you are following allowable sports activities rules and any special events rules.

Will there be other dogs at the Sniffspot field at the same time as me?

No. Facility rentals are for private play time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the area during visits, so this is perfect for a private adventure for you and your doggie friends, and perhaps a human friend. Hosts understand that many guests have dogs in training and are nervous owners. So when you book a Sniffspot dog field you have the entire private spot to yourself. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between time slots so you will not run into other guest dogs or a previous person when coming or leaving in the field parking area. Some hosts may have multiple fields, but there is always a buffer between fields.
