55This was our first Sniffspot and it was great! The directions were easy to follow to find where Izzy could explore. We initiated contact with the host at the end of our visit as we were leaving and he was so nice! Once you’re in the spot, it’s just you, your furbaby, and the forest. We saw some domestic animals in a fenced area when we arrived. Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks.
