A private, fully fenced area in southern Lancaster County. There are trees for shade and plenty of room for running and playing! I have two of my own dogs that use the space, but I will ensure my dogs cannot enter the yard during visits. All guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and respecting the space.

Welcome! Enjoy a brand new (built in Oct 2024), 6ft fence all the way around, with oak wood for a natural feel and smell. There are two entrances on either side of our home and two sides of grass parking for whichever you prefer. Driveway is for residents only, please do not block! For warmer months, we will have a mini pool and hose available for water loving pups, drinking and a quick rinse off if they become dirty 🙂. We will apply straw as needed in areas that become muddy to aid in cleanliness as well as a trash can for potty needs. There is a large tree to provide ample shade, some protection from rain and enough sun to shine through. For cat parents or other small animals you may want to bring along, we have a self built Catio available for use in the yard too! Lights outback will cover the entire yard starting at 5:30pm in winter months so dark hours are not an issue. Upper deck will soon have a gate to be block off at top of steps for privacy. We aim for this to be a well balanced space with safety kept in mind, please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions!

Hello fellow pet parents! We have a total of three lush green acres available for your beloved pet friends to explore. The space is fully-fenced. Our fence is a 3.5 foot high cattle fence with wire mesh. The entrance to our spot is a large metal swing gate. The spot has cut short-grass. There are lots of deer among other animals in the area so your dog can have their own sniffing adventure! No need to worry if your dog is reactive because these animals usually keep their distance. We have digging areas and poop bags. We also have some wood planks that could possibly be used for agility jumps (See pictures). You can enjoy a chill hangout at the picnic table, or relax on the lawn chairs while watching your pup. Hand sanitizer, sunscreen, and a trash can will be provided as well. At this time we are not able to offer water or doggy bowls. The area is quite tranquil; you can enjoy birds chirping or even meditate. Portable lawn chairs are also accessible. It’s a perfect place to take some time off from daily life struggles and relax; both for you and your furry friend! Shady spots are available during any time of the day if you don’t like to be under the sun. We would love to see your furry friends enjoying our yard. Gorgeous 0.75 acre fully fenced dog park in a very quiet neighborhood. There is a woodland garden filled with native plants, a pine grove, and lots of open grass to run! Fully enclosed with a 6-foot privacy fence. Comfy Adirondack chairs with pull-out foot rests are available for those who want to relax, or there is an outdoor strider running machine that you’re welcome to use if you want to workout while your dogs explore!

Bring your own toys, or we'll leave some out for you and your pooch to enjoy! Lots of stuff to sniff... deer and squirrels seen daily. Springs that the dogs can drink from. Extra trailmarkers added to help you navigate. Lots of fun for your puppers and peace of mind for you, while we do have neighbors, there won't be close encounters but you may hear them on occasion, or see them driving past, though it is very private we are not completely isolated. No poop bags provided or needed, just please make sure it's not where people walk. Half hour visits are available. Field area can be soft and some areas muddy after the rain. Me and my dog love it here and I hope you do too! (She'll probably notice you when you arrive and will bark at the window, but it's pretty far from the parking area and will be faint)

0.5 acre fully fenced in yard in the Hanover Borough. Relax by the fire pit under the lights or in the shade on our ample seating arrangements while your pup or pups run around the yard. Lawn is well maintained and poop is cleaned up regularly using provided poop bags for deposit. Separate gate and private back parking with alley access lends itself to a private yard that any pup would enjoy, along with private parking for the pup “paw-ents.” Water bowls are provided and can be filled using the back tap. Trees provide a sense of privacy right in the heart of the Borough. The 5 ft tall fence and yard area provides an area for running that any dog would enjoy! Treats are provided for the pups to top off the experience!

Our meadow has the Brandywine Creek running along the whole property. A smaller creek running thru as well with two nice resting areas with spring water and chairs. Beautiful sunrises & sunsets to see. You have access to the Brandywine Creek if your dog/s likes to splash and play! Different levels of water from ankle deep, to swimming deep; many entrances to access & play in the creek for the pups and humans. Parking is safe, secure & private, so you can unload you’re pup & begin exploring. Bring the water toys, paddle boards, floats etc, if you’d like! We do it all! We have the perfect picnic spot to relax & take a break, with chairs, storage bin with anything you may need; just for our Sniffspot guests. A large table w/ chairs, umbrella & more. Perfect for a quick snack or full out meal in nature. (We have a pull along wagon if needed for your supplies). Wild life all around, from fish, blue herons, a to the majestic Bald Eagle pair, to be seen! Don’t miss out on this beautiful tucked away meadow & maintained trails; right out of a painting! Be prepared with all terrain boots/shoes and dogs that aren’t afraid to get dirty while having a ton of fun!

I have a roughly 800 square ft yard with fencing all around. 😊 I also have a bench, chairs, and firepit available for use (must bring own wood). My porch is screened in as well with seating and a table, but I would appreciate extra notice if you plan to be up there using it. There is also parking for 1 car in front of the gate to the yard (which is the entry/exit), and a playground also directly across the street ! You are welcome to come in and use my restroom if I am home, otherwise there are porta potties by the playground. The trash can is by the road. (Yellow lid is recycling)

Our farm is a total of 12 acres with 5 acres available to you! The acres include fields, a creek and woods!

Sip an herbal tee refreshment (hand-crafted by the herbalist owner) and light snacks (for people and fur-babies!) and relax while your fur-baby runs, gets their energy out and enjoys sunshine and much-needed exercise. Doggie toys will be provided or bring your nabies favorites play along with them! Clean water bowls and cooling mats are provided on the deck for when they need a break, too. I even have a small doggy pool for them to splish and splash in! I am a huge animal lover and own dogs of my own who are my children. My dogs (chihuahua-mix and pug) will remain indoors during your sessions to ensure safety for all. Plenty of doggy poopy bags will be provided and all waste will be expected to be picked up before you leave. *I do require vaccination records for rabies before coming onto the property.*
