With sweeping views of the entire valley, this spot sits high above Highway 10 and the Yakima river about 1 mile up a gravel road. Minimum traffic assures your dogs safety. The spot has natural grasses and brush so long pants are suggested. Dogs and their humans will be supplied a cooler of bottled water, dog bowls, tennis balls, poop bags and a small garbage can. Two Adirondack chairs are there for you to lounge in and take in the view while your dogs explore the space!

We always have such a nice time here. Even though there has been a lot of rain recently, the property was wet, but not boggy. We had been housebound for a few days so it was an extra special treat to roam the property and let our zoomies. Laurie is a really welcoming and communicative host too. FULLY FENCED! We absolutely love Laurie’s spot. I have an escape artist lab and there is no way for her to get out. It’s such a beautiful property that the fencing to the ground is nearly visible-keeping the beauty of the land. My dogs run free with no worry of getting out. So awesome!

This is by far the best sniffspot we have been to! So much to do and see! My pup swam, played fetch, tried out the agility stuff, and sniffed all around. We had such a good time. He did a little happy run and got the zoomies when we first got there. Laurie is a very gracious host. We will for sure be back!

Absolutely stunning property!!! Laurie’s home is a treasure. It is 100% fully secure - there was no way for my husky to escape. He loved roaming around the edges of the property and playing in the separate paddocks. The space is spotlessly clean, with trash cans throughout and even some bins with toys. Laurie has thought of everything and it was a secure and welcoming place to play. Can’t say enough good things. Your pup will love it!

It was beautiful! One of our favorite spots we've been too. Two spots a tiny dog could get through (like 20lbs or less dogs). My dogs found the pond to be amazing so it took a lot to keep them out of the pond, can't blame the dogs but didnt want them to ruin the pond. Gorgeous and fun!

This Sniffspot is incredible. Absolutely incredible. We had a blast with our older dog-reactive dog who just channeled her inner puppy, confidently sprinting around, sniffing everywhere, playing fetch, etc. She even got further into water than we’ve ever seen her go! Absolutely beautiful property. Quite honestly- it’s like Disneyland for Doggies. There is so much open space to run on well kept grass. The pond is huge and my two thought it was their own personal racetrack. Quiet, clean, perfectly secured- I can’t imagine a better place to spend the day with my doggies.

Our favorite fenced Sniffspot! The facility is beautiful with large fields of short grass, two layers of fencing, and a peaceful dog-friendly pond. Parking is inside the fenced area on a paved surface. The host provides prompt and detailed communication. Truly a Nirvana for dogs and handlers.

Are dog fields safe?

If you are looking for an adventure, but also looking for safety, Sniffspot dog fields are a great option. While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, distracted dog owners, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private space for just you and doggy friends you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). Especially for training, privacy is ideal. If your dog has poor recall, you can visit one of our secure fields. If your dog is reactive to other dogs, you can visit one of our dog fields where there are no dogs audible or visible nearby. You can review the details of the listing to make sure it works as your desired activity space, for example, safe dog exercise, dog training, a stress-free adventure with your furry friend or even a puppy event. You can even check the park amenities chart for amenities such as indoor training facilities, agility field, synthetic turf, exercise balls or field parking availability in advance. If inclement weather is an issue or poor field conditions, you can reschedule your visit up to 2 hours in advance.

What are the requirements to bring my dog to a Sniffspot dog field?

We require that all four-legged friends have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. We do not allow dogs with a bite history. We require that guests sign our waiver and agree to follow our safety rules. Make sure to check host rules before visiting to ensure, for instance, that you are following allowable sports activities rules and any special events rules.

Will there be other dogs at the Sniffspot field at the same time as me?

No. Facility rentals are for private play time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the area during visits, so this is perfect for a private adventure for you and your doggie friends, and perhaps a human friend. Hosts understand that many guests have dogs in training and are nervous owners. So when you book a Sniffspot dog field you have the entire private spot to yourself. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between time slots so you will not run into other guest dogs or a previous person when coming or leaving in the field parking area. Some hosts may have multiple fields, but there is always a buffer between fields.
