Twenty-seven acres right outside of 28021 city limits. Former cattle and sheep pasture, currently empty of livestock but waiting for you and your pup(s) to explore! Variety of areas: from large open pastures to heavily wooded (but still easily accessible/walkable) areas = lots to see, hear, and sniff! No need to pick up after your pet either! Water available multiple locations: outside the fenced pastures near block building/parking via hose pipe at the well near the garden 🪴 or inside the pastures (look for the blue barrels and the cattle waterers).

30 acres with a large field to run , wooded trails, mowed paths, as well as a pond that your dog can walk around. Truly be part of nature. 

We will open back up when the weather is nicer. Each time we clean up we get another storm. Check back in March. You will have 8 acres fenced in to roam. Trash & Amenities: The trash can and other amenities are inside the carport. Seating: We have a table and four chairs in the bamboo/shaded area in the very back if you would like to have a picnic off the ground. At any time, you can request more seating. In addition, we have a bench inside the carport. Fence: The fence is four feet on three sides and five feet on the road side. The front fence is wood slats/split rail with wire. On other sides we have wire and chain link. *There are critters that like to lift up our wire fencing. Just beware if you have a tiny dog.* Wildlife: You may see snakes, rabbits, deer, and squirrels. There have been times that deer will be stuck inside our fencing. * We see hawks occasionally. Please watch your little dogs* Grounds: It is a hilly and lumpy so be careful where you step. ** Watch out for fire ant hills** Water: You have access to our well and a large water bowl. There should be at least one small water bowl in the carport as well.

We have a 30 acres fenced in area of beautiful grass, hay, woods and a pond and tons of area to run free

**The pool is officially open as of April 5th!** Welcome! We have a fun property your dogs will love! We have a 2 acre property, which includes approximately a half acre fenced area, a 1 acre unfenced area, and a separately fenced inground pool area. Only dogs are allowed in the swimming pool. Two creeks outline our property and dogs are welcome anywhere on the property. We tend to keep the grass in the back of the property a bit longer to support the bees, but it also makes for lots more sniffing for the pups! If you're using the unfenced portion of the yard, dogs must be on leash. We have dogs of our own, but we will keep them secure in the house when you're using the property so you'll have the whole yard and pool to yourself. Our beautiful property- that we are so blessed to share with you, and that we have spent some much time and effort to make so that our guests love the full experience we offer, HAS Been severely impacted by Tropical Storm Helene. *****For the foreseeable future- and for the safety of our human and canine guests- Access will be restricted to our 4 Large fenced enclosures, along with the fields on the front side of the property- in Front of the cement wall. Thank you for your understanding and continued patronage. Tranquil 21 acres. Easy to find. Located off a quiet "No outlet" road. Property is half wooded with trails, half pasture. Multiple large, grassy, fully fenced dog pastures; 4.5' high fencing. Fully fenced obedience training ring with gates, broadjumps, highjumps, and bar jump. Trails to lazy creek and around perimeter of property. Kennels, cover, chairs and fans available for use in pole barn .

This is a very quiet place on a country road where your dogs can be off leash and free to explore nature. The full four acres are surrounded by a 5 foot fence and there is a small creek running through the property. There is a wide spot in the creek that is easily the most popular spot for our canine visitors! There are larger fields and open areas for your dogs to practice their retrieving, and there are many paths in the woods for hiking. The beginning of each path is marked with quartz stones to show you the way. You will also find several benches scattered throughout the property so that you can take a load off while your dogs run and play. When it rains the property can be quite wet in some areas, so bring boots and a towel to clean off your muddy (but happy!) dog. There is a full competition size agility field within the four acres. The agility equipment is completely fenced in and will be accessible only to those who have had at least one formal beginner's agility class. This is to keep you and your dog safe and to prevent misuse of the equipment. Please message the host when you book the spot and before your first visit to discuss your agility experience if you are wanting to access the equipment. **I would really like for your first visit to be on a weekend or a Tuesday (my day off) so that I can meet with you to show you some details about the property and discuss parking. After the first visit, book whenever you want! If you absolutely cannot make it these days for your first visit, we can work something out. 🙂

Open field for your dogs to play! Lots of wildlife move through this area at night and there are tons of good sniffs to be had.

Wide open for dogs that need to run. Pasture was originally used for goats so there are lots of interesting smells. Picnic table and outdoor furniture for humans or dogs underneath shade trees. Climbing structure. Water with hose available. Trash and poop bags available. Entrance is 80 yards away from residence.

If your looking for private land for off leash training or just to play look no further! In a country setting, 1 acre cleared for all the running and fun. 1/2 acre is fenced in for herding dog use only. Goats are provided for training and agility. We are on a nice quiet road with trees surrounding the property. Facts: ~ Dogs must be up to date on preventions Dewormers, and shots. ~Owners clean up after there own dogs. Dogs must be off leashed trained. No going into neighboring properties. ~Parking is on the side in front of the house. ~No use of utilities or trash. Please come as you left it and leave house alone. ~Please use at your own risk . For herding dogs only ~ Dogs must be friendly with livestock ~We are not at fault if your dog gets injured in anyway, and please leave chickens alone. ~ Max 20 minutes in fence. ~You MUST shut the gate. ~No feeding the goats ~ We are not at fault if your dog gets sick for any reason. ~Please use at your own risk

You dogs will want to be down by the water smelling around the wildlife. The only guarantee is adventure! Your safety is not guaranteed only fun

Treat your pup to the ultimate off-leash adventure just minutes from Langtree Rd and exits 31–33. This fully fenced, spacious 1 acre sniffspot offers your dog the freedom to run, fetch, and explore. Feel free to use any of the provided dog toys including balls with a launch stick, frisbee, or toys. Or just simply relax in the hammock or the shaded table and chairs while your pets run around and explore within the fully fenced 1 acre area. Fresh water with hose, and convenient parking are all on-site. Come sniff, play, and stay awhile!

Plenty of room to run around and play, especially if your dog does good off leash. Can offer a playmate as well, as I have 3 very friendly dogs to choose from. The fence has since been repaired and a Hotwire added to the top, since taking these photos.. we don’t use it very much but it gets the job done. Hotwire can be turned off or on depending if your dog is a jumper.
