Located in Crestwood neighborhood, parking off of Villa. The yard is about 7500 ft.², there is grass and there is dirt. I don’t mind if your dog digs. It is completely fenced in and has been checked for any way that a dog could get out. A hose for freshwater is available. **PARKING** The driveway and yard entrance is behind the house, directly off of Villa. The gate is unlocked.

Bluebell House Private Dog Park is beautiful, 1 acre, and fully fenced. It is a perfect spot for dogs to run or hike off leash. There is a very small pond at the south end of the property. Feel free to use any of the outdoor furniture. We hope you and your fur baby enjoy our yard!

10 acres of mixed pastures and woods, has welded wire main outer fencing and some goat cross fence, we raise goats and chickens and 4 cows here too. Wild turkey and deer can also be seen on occasion the property plenty of shade from large old oak trees is available and a picnic table in the shade to rest is also handy. We now have available drinks and snacks for the humans as well as our 4 legged friends.

Dog Park Rules For members only. Free membership obtained in Pets & People office by signing a liability waiver and observing park rules. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. Pets & People will not be responsible in any way for people or their pets while in the park. Pets & People reserves the right to change these rules at any time. Pet owners must accept full responsibility for themselves, their children and their pets while in the park. Parents should refrain from bringing toddlers or small children into the park, unless they are willing to keep the children out of harms way, totally under control and accept full responsibility for their safety. Remember this is a Dog Park and not a playground for children. If your children create problems for owners and their dogs, you will be asked to leave the Dog Park for safety’s sake. Dogs must be leashed outside the park. Leashes should be removed immediately upon entering the park, except in the agility area where different rules apply. ➢ Leash and unleash your dog inside the double-gated holding area. ➢ Open the gate and let your dog enter the Dog Park. ➢ Never unleash or leash your dog inside the Dog Park. ➢ Never carry your dog into the Dog Park. ➢ Never open more than one gate at a time. ➢ If an owner and his/her dog(s) are in the holding area, stand outside and wait for him/her to enter or exit.

PARK RULES • Dogs shall be attended at all times. Keep an eye on your dog at all times, and keep your dog’s leash with you. For the safety of your dog and other dog members, please remove metal choke collars and pinch collars while playing within the park. • Handlers shall immediately pick up any waste left by their dogs. • Aggressive or unruly dogs shall be removed immediately. If aggressive behavior is observed, take immediate action: either move your dog to another area of the park, or leave the park. Rough play, however, is allowed as long as it’s consensual. Dogs that are observed to be aggressive may be required to be temperament tested. • Curb barking! If your dog is barking excessively, you may be asked to leave the park. • Digging is not allowed except in the designated area. • Shoes and shirts must be worn at all times. • No fishing or swimming in pond. • Handlers are responsible for any damage or injury caused by their dogs. • All park user’s shall readily provide their access card with the card number visible for viewing when asked by a volunteers or any other park user. • Please be considerate of others and leave Paw Park in better condition than you found it. The use of abusive or threatening language or actions towards others may result in loss or privileges.

Shed your leash in the enclosed area, but wear it on your way in and out of the park. 04. All dogs must be behaved, friendly, socialized, and comfortable around other dogs and humans in the off-leash area. 05. Don’t dig or throw dirt on others. 06. Don’t spread germs. If you are sick, stay home until you feel better. 07. Scoop your dog’s poo! Dispose of your dog’s waste using the conveniently placed trashcans. 08. Failure to abide by the rules may result in ejection from the premises or suspension and/or termination of membership at the sole discretion of Solo’s Park & Pub. 09. Do not leave your dog unsupervised. 10. No outside food, drink, or treats (dog or human). Do not feed any dogs within the off-leash area. 11. No outside toys. 12. No smoking. 13. No running, shouting, or chasing (humans). 14. Use of the “small dog” area is intended for dogs 30 pounds or less, handicapped, elderly dogs, or those dogs needing a calmer environment, regardless of size. 15. No excessive intoxication. 16. Solo’s Park & Pub retains the right to refuse service or ask persons to leave for any reason to the fullest extent of the law. 17. All handlers must comply with all local and state laws. 18. Handlers must be at least 18 years old. Children under 16 may not be in the off-leash area without adult supervision. 19. Unless given prior approval, dogs must wear flat buckle or break away collars. Pinch, choke, and shock collars are not allowed. 20. Female dogs in heat are not permitted on the premises. 21. No glass containers on the property. 22. No excessive barking or howling. 23. Open one gate at a time, and be sure other dogs don’t enter or exit with you. 24. In the unlikely event you observe a dog fight or dog aggression, notify a staff member immediately. 25. If a human is bit, the dog and handler must leave immediately.

Official Rules of the Park Edmond Municipal Code Chapter 7, Section 7.12.080 • Use of the fenced area of the public dog park is permitted during posted hours of operation and in accordance with this Code and the rules and regulations established by the Director of Parks and Recreation. • It is the responsibility of the dog owner to inspect the safety and secu-rity of the park before entering the park and releasing the dog. Make sure the grounds and fencing in the park are safe for the dog and any person accompanying the dog. • Use of the park is at the sole risk of the owner. By using the park, the owner accepts all responsibility and liability for his or her safety, the safety of his or her dog, and for the damages and injury to his or her dog, to any persons, and property. • Two dogs per person are allowed in the park. • The owner of the dog must be present in the dog park when his or her dog is using the park. • No owner or person under 18 is allowed in the park, unless ac-companied by a person 18 years old or older. • The dog park cannot be used by anyone who is engaged in commercial dog walking or dog care services. • Dogs must wear collars* and current rabies tags while in the park. • Dogs must be leashed when entering and leaving the dog park and unleashed only in the fenced area. • Female dogs in heat are not permitted in the park. • Owner is defined as any person who owns, possesses, keeps, or has permanent or temporary care or custody of a dog. *The safest collar for your dog to wear in the dog park is a flat buckle or break away collar. Prong, pinch, or choke collars can be dangerous if worn by dogs at play in the park.

Ordinance 4-124: Tags • No person shall abandon an animal on private or public property per Ordinance 4-144: Abandonment • Handlers must be at least 18 years or older (unless accompanied by an adult). • For their own safety, Children under the age of 10 years old must have Adult Supervision in the Dog Park area. • Limit of two dogs per handler. • Dogs in heat prohibited. • Puppies must be at least six months old with immunizations and tag. • For health reasons, persons inside the Dog Park must wear shoes. • No food, rawhides, tobacco, alcohol or glass containers please (training treats are permitted) • Fill in any holes your dog may dig or make appropriate repairs to disturbed areas. • Small dog area is limited to dogs of 30 pounds or less. Handicapped or elderly larger dogs are also allowed in this area. Place it in the bags provided and dispose of it in the trash cans. • Fill any holes your dog may dig. • Don't bring food (dog or human) into the park, including rawhides, alcohol, or glass bottles. (This is not a training facility but training treats are allowed.) • Don't smoke in the park. Cigarette butts are dangerous if eaten by dogs. • Don't allow children to run with, shout at, or chase dogs in the park. • Immediately leash your dog and remove it from the park if it is showing any signs of aggression. • Reserve the small dog area for dogs 30 pounds or less or for larger dogs that are handicapped or elderly. • The owner of the dog must be present in the dog park when his or her dog is using the park. • No owner or person under 18 is allowed in the park unless accompanied by a person 18 years of older. • Each owner is limited to 2 dogs in the park at one time. • The dog park cannot be used by anyone who is engaged in commercial dog walking, dog care, or dog training services. • Dogs must wear collars and current rabies tags while in the park. Choke, prong, or any other type of clip collars are not allowed. Flat buckle or breakaway collars are recommended for use in the park. • Female dogs in heat are not permitted in the park. • Owner is defined as a person who owns, possesses, keeps, or has permanent or temporary care or custody of a dog. • Dogs under four months of age are not allowed in the park. The dog park’s rules are posted on the entry gate: • Dogs must be at least four-months old. • The gate must stay closed to prevent escapes. • All dogs must have current vaccinations. • Owners must pick up their pet’s waste. • Aggressive dogs must be removed immediately. • Owners must be inside the park with their pet, always supervising their dog. • No smoking, food or glass containers are permitted in the park. • Dogs that are in heat, aggressive or sick are not allowed. • The agility components are for dogs only. • Guests use the park at their own risk, owners are liable for the actions of their dog. • Any problems should be reported to the community or park manager.
