This is a great yard for reactive dogs. The street is quiet and it is a short walk from the car to the yard. The yard is also very quiet- there isn't much activity outside the fence line (and no activity in the yard). There is privacy foliage along 2 sides of the fence line which adds to lowering the risk of reactivity. My 60 lb dog is able to play ball freely in the yard. She loves the yard - there's enough interesting things to smell and space to run after balls.

This is a very quiet SniffSpot. There were no other dogs or animals around that we could see. Lots of grass for our two dogs to run around on and explore, and the fencing is very sturdy. There is also access to a hose in the yard. Our dogs had a ton of fun!

Very nice, clean and tidy space! Secure fence. Private but not secluded. Perfect for us trying to get our pups used to being about outside noises without being over stimulating. Will definitely go back!

The fenced in yard was big and there were toys, water and treats from a dog bakery which was a nice touch. I hope to return again. They offer other things such as a pool ball and heat that I didn’t try.

Super clean and fun spot! We occasionally heard other dogs in the neighborhood but the fencing keeps the space feeling really private. My dog had a great time :)

My dogs were ecstatic! If I could give this backyard and Samantha more stars I would! This was the first time my dogs could free roam, and we were not disappointed! Samantha went above and beyond with treats, toys, and water for my babies. Reading her replies to my questions, along with her bio mentioning that she has experience with owning a reactive dog, made me feel so comfortable booking here as I could tell she was a kind-hearted person. Knowing I have somewhere to bring my reactive dog with no distractions is a blessing. Will definitely be coming back!!
