The property consists of two properties at the end of a private drive at the end of a deadend street which is adjacent to a huge forest (>1000+ acres) which is bordered by the property, railroad tracks, Tanyard Creek and Lake Allatoona to the north so it is very secluded and private and you can let your dogs run as much as they want. There is a hiking trail which could easily take you >30 minutes to the complete which we have marked. There is plenty of parking between the two homes. Please keep your dogs leashed while in the parking lot, but once you enter the forest, you can let your dogs run.

The yard is treated monthly for fleas and mosquitos during the spring and summer. The kiddie pool is available by request. If you wish to smoke on the property, please do so ONLY in the designated smoking area and dispose of butts in the receptacle provided. Shaded seating is provided and the "dog station" is located under the porch for shade and rain protection.

Chill dog friendly neighborhood has wooded trails at the community park area and walking around the neighborhood has dog disposal bag stations on almost every street. There is a small hill and large flat area that’s grassy inside the fence. There have been lots of dogs come and go from this property. There’s plenty of things to sniff for big and little dogs. Slighted at night and there’s a large landscape area that the dogs and humans could hang out even when it has been raining and wet soYou can have fun outside without getting muddy. There’s a propane grill outside and a table and lounge chairs if you want to stay and host a dog party. 😎

Come visit our Priest Point doggy oasis (near Cabelas). We have ample seating including a hanging bench swing out in the yard, a wrought iron bench, patio chairs and an outdoor couch. A parking pad is available to the right as you come in the gate. Guest gate code will be provided upon booking. Treats and water for the pup is provided on the back patio. There are times my husband may be working outside so if this is a problem for you or your pet, please message me before booking.

We have chairs, a bucket of dog toys, and a water bowl for you to utilize during your visit. We have two seating areas, one or the other is generally in the shade depending on the time of day. Feel free to move chairs around to shaded areas! You can park in our driveway, or in the parking spaces directly across the street. There is an elementary school across the street that has plenty of parking spaces on the weekends or evenings when school is not in session.
