We are on 12 acres mostly wooded. There is a creek on the backside of the property. Which is also where the main acreage is and a trail. You will park outside the gate. You can stay on the frontside of the property…most of that acreage is on the left when you pull down the driveway. Or, if given enough notice I can put our dog inside. That way you can walk around the gate and down the driveway. Either direction you take if you go on the backside of the house there is a trail. Great location and a wonderful place for the dog to play. Nice open area along with woods and a little trail. I like the double gated entrance, my dog tries to bolt getting out of the truck, so that is a nice feature. I would highly recommend this spot for a medium to large dog. There is currently a opening where the creek flows out of the property. My husky ran though it but was having so much fun she came right back. Other than that it is perfect. I will be back(a lot lol).

Such a wonderful Sniffspot. Our dog reactive GSD is unable to enjoy dog parks or hiking trails. This property was just what we were looking for. There’s plenty of space including a large field for fetch or a nice shaded trail to walk do a couple laps around. Trail was a bit muddy, so recommend some boots. Nonetheless, this property exceeded our expectations. Can’t wait to be back.

Another wonderful adventure this morning! “Moose” and I visited our truly favorite local spot… “My Favorite Farm” and had a beautiful walk! Peaceful, trails, clean, plush greenery, trees, a stream, tons of things to explore and most of all…safe! It’s completely fenced in so your furry buddy can run and explore TOL (Totally Off Leash) to their hearts content! Super easy to reserve online and the host is so friendly and caring! The only other animals you’ll see and possibly hear are right when you arrive and across from where you park, are the cutest goats and a donkey, but I didn’t hear them once we ventured off. This place will become one of your favorite places to go with your dog! 🙂 Have fun exploring!!

This was the first SniffSpot we’ve ever rented, and we had such a blast! It was very easy to get into the location, very easy to find the parking. There’s places to sit, a big open field, a winding creek through the woods, little bridges to cross the creek in various locations - my dog had a blast running through the woods like a wild child. I was initially worried about losing sight of her because I don’t trust fences not to have holes in them, but in all of our wandering I didn’t come across any holes, and it was high enough that she didn’t try to jump it (I have a Jindo, and they’re notorious escape artists and fence jumpers if they see prey). We saw chipmunks, squirrels, birds, and even deer tracks, and it was so peaceful to wander around. 10/10 we’ll definitely be back!
