Also note this area is a natural spot and since we don't use any chemicals expect to see insect (ants, spiders, etc. ) activity. Lastly, please check our extras for some more exciting activities. Available to you are dog toys, mosquito repellent, citronella candles, hose, trash can, sprinkler, pooper scooper, poop buckets, TWO kid pools, and comfortable seating for up to 8 people! Parking is available in the driveway to the left of the shed, and entrance to the yard will be to your right. We are working on perfecting the walkway. Let me know if you have any questions! The trampoline and deck on site are not for use. Need a pet sitter? Feel free to ask more questions!

The yard is treated monthly for fleas and mosquitos during the spring and summer. The kiddie pool is available by request. If you wish to smoke on the property, please do so ONLY in the designated smoking area and dispose of butts in the receptacle provided. Shaded seating is provided and the "dog station" is located under the porch for shade and rain protection.

Chill dog friendly neighborhood has wooded trails at the community park area and walking around the neighborhood has dog disposal bag stations on almost every street. There is a small hill and large flat area that’s grassy inside the fence. There have been lots of dogs come and go from this property. There’s plenty of things to sniff for big and little dogs. Slighted at night and there’s a large landscape area that the dogs and humans could hang out even when it has been raining and wet soYou can have fun outside without getting muddy. There’s a propane grill outside and a table and lounge chairs if you want to stay and host a dog party. 😎
