Welcome to our private dog park! We have created our dream space for our two beloved dogs, and unfortunately… we are never home! Nestled in a quiet area near downtown Oneonta, we are centrally located behind the library, providing both tranquility and easy access to those traveling through. Our house and private dog park is set up to access through our keypad secured front door and main entry. In addition to the fully fenced in yard and listed amenities, we found a need for a great dog washing set up! In the patio area you will find a dual dog washing station with supplies if needed. Our dogs are often treated to sightings from birds, squirrels, rabbits, and smaller critters. There are many places to explore and sniff while you can relax knowing that they are secure! Our own terrier mix is quite the escape artist and we feel confident letting him roam our oasis. This spot is ideal for a private dog party or meetup, quiet space for reactive or sensitive dogs, or an experience you can wash off easily after from! We have a fairly large yard in Forest Lake for use. There’s a covered patio with a decent amount of seating for people. Fence is about 6.5’ tall. Toys are available in the backyard as well as fresh water in a bowl, poop bags, bug spray, treats and ample lighting for night visits!

Fully fenced in yard with lots of shaded spots. There’s a pool you can chose to fill up, a hose, dog bowls for water, a trashcan, & private access to the yard on the side of the house.

Enjoy a fully fenced (except shoreline), .63 of an Acre, level lot. Beautiful Lay Lake views from the spacious covered deck, open deck or pier while your dog has the time of his/her life. Numerous exploring areas. Two separate fenced in areas. Plenty of shade. Fetch the ball off the pier into the lake and when returning, use the boat launch. Or fetch and do zommies on the lake side or in the separate fully fenced area on the street side of the house. I am happy to fill water bowls for you. There are neighbors on each side. The neighbor to the left has German Shepard’s that will stand on his pier and bark. I have a wire hair fox terrier. He's a rescue that won't let go of trust issues. Some of his triggers are talking to him or looking into his eyes. He will let you know to leave him alone. Maybe after seeing you for the ninth time you can speak to him and break through his wall. If you have a reactive dog or with other dogs, private times can be arranged. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.

Fully fenced, tons of room. It is a neighborhood near downtown and a busy area of town so you'll occasionally hear or see kids and neighbors arriving home or leaving but everyone keeps to themselves, so you will have plenty of privacy for the most part.
