Please park at the top of the hill by the large metal barn and walk down the hill on the path on the right to the pond. We are open occasional hours due to surveying and construction soon to be started. Please message me if you have a specific time you want to come out and I will open for you if possible! Dogs can run, swim, play and explore the 18 acres of fields above our farm pond. Seating, water and lots of parking. We are only 3 miles from the Baltimore Beltway, 12 miles from the Inner Harbor! We are adjacent to a local pick your own peaches, apples and berry farm.

It's the perfect place for dogs to run and explore safely. Your dog(s) will be the only one(s) so please be respectful of being on time in case the dog visiting before you has challenges with other dogs. We will make you aware if that's the case so everyone can have a safe and enjoyable experience. Park in the driveway close to the fence. Open the gate and enjoy! There's a hose, water bowl, chuck it and two balls. If we haven't put them out, feel free to open the container for seat cushions for the deck chairs. We want you and your dog to be comfortable and peaceful. The black trash bin closest to the garage is the spot for dog bags. We try to keep a sniff spot sign on it but it often comes off. If there are special needs for you or your dog, please let us know.

1700s Historic Home with 10 acres. The North East river borders one side to run and play, and the railroad line runs along the other side but is fenced. Rabbits, groundhogs, and squirrels are plentiful! Field mowed area in some spots, so not all lawn cut grass at this time. It is mowed regularly but may be of varying heights throughout the summer. Woods are available to walk through; however, no trails are available yet (coming soon!). Privacy in the backyard, may see occasional joggers or fishermen on the street out front. Circular driveway is good for laps. The fenced portion of the yard is only for advance approved usage by very young or small dogs. Please keep dogs off of front porch; Gazebo is available for shade or inclement weather. Sniffspot tote is located under the gazebo in a teal tote. Please leave dirty bowls and towels outside of bin for cleaning.

Our lawn is manicured in the front & built for exploration in the back with a natural landscape to include puppy-made holes (made with love by our husky), divots, & uneven ground for exploring with your pups! 🌲🐶🌲 There is a fenced outer ring encircling the entire property & a fenced inner ring for a more controlled smaller area: BOTH included for your puppy-exploring pleasure! 🌳🐶🌳 We have a very large deck with seating & umbrellas (summer/fall months), including puppy toys & fresh water. Hello fellow pet parents! We have a total of three lush green acres available for your beloved pet friends to explore. The space is fully-fenced. Our fence is a 3.5 foot high cattle fence with wire mesh. The entrance to our spot is a large metal swing gate. The spot has cut short-grass. There are lots of deer among other animals in the area so your dog can have their own sniffing adventure! No need to worry if your dog is reactive because these animals usually keep their distance. We have digging areas and poop bags. We also have some wood planks that could possibly be used for agility jumps (See pictures). You can enjoy a chill hangout at the picnic table, or relax on the lawn chairs while watching your pup. Hand sanitizer, sunscreen, and a trash can will be provided as well. At this time we are not able to offer water or doggy bowls. The area is quite tranquil; you can enjoy birds chirping or even meditate. Portable lawn chairs are also accessible. It’s a perfect place to take some time off from daily life struggles and relax; both for you and your furry friend! Shady spots are available during any time of the day if you don’t like to be under the sun. We would love to see your furry friends enjoying our yard. Our meadow has the Brandywine Creek running along the whole property. A smaller creek running thru as well with two nice resting areas with spring water and chairs. Beautiful sunrises & sunsets to see. You have access to the Brandywine Creek if your dog/s likes to splash and play! Different levels of water from ankle deep, to swimming deep; many entrances to access & play in the creek for the pups and humans. Parking is safe, secure & private, so you can unload you’re pup & begin exploring. Bring the water toys, paddle boards, floats etc, if you’d like! We do it all! We have the perfect picnic spot to relax & take a break, with chairs, storage bin with anything you may need; just for our Sniffspot guests. A large table w/ chairs, umbrella & more. Perfect for a quick snack or full out meal in nature. (We have a pull along wagon if needed for your supplies). Wild life all around, from fish, blue herons, a to the majestic Bald Eagle pair, to be seen! Don’t miss out on this beautiful tucked away meadow & maintained trails; right out of a painting! Be prepared with all terrain boots/shoes and dogs that aren’t afraid to get dirty while having a ton of fun!

Seating, shade, and raised beds available so you and your pup can take a breather. Check the extras for pools and agility equipment! One large former horse pasture surrounded by split-rail fencing for dogs who are on leash (or reliable off-leash) to sniff, hike and play in. PLEASE NOTE: Our Spot does not have good lighting. We will be adding some solar lights soon, but in the meantime be aware of when the sun sets before you make an evening appointment. THANKS TO YOUR SUPPORT over the last few months, we've just purchased a propane fire pit we'll be adding to the spot! Next on the list: Adirondack chairs for around the fire, flooring for a new play area inside the barn (NOT AVAILABLE YET), and fencing in the large pasture. 🥰

Welcome to our Delaware oasis, a 10-acre testament to nature’s beauty on a horse farm. Our family’s heart holds a special place for my first dog, Cody, a spirited soul who taught us resilience. If Sniffspot existed then, it would’ve been a haven for us, a place to learn and grow without the fear of hills and unpredictability. In his memory, we offer this space – a peaceful realm for training, exploration, and connection, just like Cody would have loved.

We own a private 2 acre plot of land. We will eventually be building a house on it, but for now it’s open and ready for your dog to run around. There’s no fence, so I would recommend a very long lead or have your dog be good a recall.

The field has a solid post and rail fence with welded wire on the southern section and the northern and western sections have a solid stone wall (not technically a fence) with brush and bushes about 10-15 feet thick on western part and 2-3 feet on northern section. The eastern boundary is a boulder field of large boulders and trees/brush to secure the perimeter.

Available water and outside bowls for dogs. The running waterfall pond dogs enjoy in the summer. The pool is also set up in summer or sprinklers for dogs and kids. Dogs absolutely love the backyard in spring with all the blooming plants and birds
