**Closed for Winter but Georgia hopes you'll come back in the Spring! Georgia the beagle would love to share her yard when she isn't using it. She says it's great for zoomies and fetch. She loves running around all the open grassy space and hiding behind the trees and bushes. For the 2-legged crew there is a table and chairs on the lawn. Except in the winter there is an umbrella on the deck that can shade the table and chairs. The yard and deck are wheelchair accessible from the driveway which has ample parking around back. There is a hose by the driveway to fill water bowls, except in the winter.

Large, upon yard great for dogs to run and stretch their legs. Lots of balls available for fetch. We have two dogs, but they will be inside and away from doors and windows when you’re here. There is a swingset, climbing dome and some kids toys outback if your child comes with you. Lots to smell and check out while here. We do have neighbor dogs, so if your dog is reactive to barking, probably not a great spot for you.

We are excited to open our space to the community. Our home is surrounded by a 6ft aluminum fencing with bottom dog panels for no escapees. There is a covered patio, dog toys, 2 water hoses, and turf. Additional charges: 2 Dog pool, Dog parties, fire pit access and Hammock. We are always adding new toys and taking ideas. Welcome to our backyard! It's about 6,500 square feet, with a beautiful, six-foot red cedar fence all the way around, with no gaps for even the smallest dogs (except maybe a teacup dog!). There are two major seating spots with chairs and plenty of empty space for your dogs to run around. It's also well shaded, with a gigantic, hundreds-years-old tree right smack in the middle. If you have a good visit, please leave a good review! We are first-time homeowners and Sniffspotters. Please get in touch with any questions or suggestions for improvements! PLEASE DO *NOT* BRING A DOG THAT: - has a particularly loud or booming bark. We live in a quiet neighborhood and do not want to disturb our neighbors. - may chew through outdoor-rated extension cords (there's one for the mosquito trap, as you can see next to the pool). - may chew through (or climb through!) the plastic tubing between the pool and its mechanics (pump and filter). Important notes: - No more than four dogs may be in our yard at any one time, and all dogs must share the same owner. The owner must remain with their dogs at all times. The owner may bring a small number or human guests, but no guest may bring their own dog. - Please look carefully through our photos to know what to expect. Any questions, ask! - It is expected that our yard will be in the same or better condition than when you entered. Please clean up your and your dog's messes. - If you can prevent your dog from peeing next to the pool and its mechanics, please do. We realize this might not be possible, so don't stress if it happens. - There's a three-foot-wide alleyway behind the shed (fence on one side, shed on the other), open on both sides. It's just dried leaves back there. (Note: the bricks in the pictures will be gone before your dog arrives.) For the moment, we're leaving this open, but may block it off depending on feedback from our Sniffspot guests. - The pool is off limits to dogs. Note the pool-wall is five feet high. There will be no ladder when your dog visits. It is IMPERATIVE that you not put a chair next to the pool, to prevent your dog from jumping in. - We have one neighbor (on the driveway side) with a dog. He's not out that much, he's never out without his owner, and he's not loud (I've NEVER heard him since moving here two years ago). It is very likely that this dog will not be out during your visit, but we can't guarantee this. Regardless, there is always a solid six-foot-high fence between. Our neighbors are well aware, and are fully supportive, of our renting via Sniffspot. Concerns we are currently working to address: - We plan on building a small fence around the pool mechanics. - Note that we mow this very big backyard every two weeks. Also, there's ALWAYS more weeding to be done. However, there are no harmful-to-dogs plants that we are aware of.

There are outdoor lights and a fan controlled by Alexa under the gazebo. Simply ask Alexa to “turn on patio lights” or “turn on patio fan” or “turn on backyard lights”. Please also ask her to turn them off when you leave. If Alexa is not working for any reason there is a manual white button on the upper left hand post (left of fireplace) that will turn both lights and fan on. You can also ask Alexa to play music or you can also request a local radio station. On really hot days, I will setup the sprinkler for your dog if they enjoy it. There is a faucet near the table, let it run for a few seconds into the bucket to get colder and give your pup a drink. WiFi password: I Love My Dog
