Our backyard is the perfect place for your pup. It doesn't have any landscaping we are worried about being dug up or destroyed. We don't own dogs. Our neighbors that are on the north side with the see through chain link fence don't have dogs. I think the neighbors on the other side of the fence that had slats might have a dog.

There are some booking times which work work better than others, and I want to plan with you to care for your dog's needs.** **Due to the nationwide atypical canine infectious respiratory disease, we have reduced available amenities. Please plan to bring your own water and bowl.** **This is a pollinator-friendly property! If you are nervous about bees, please contact me prior to booking. I can take steps to temporarily and harmlessly reduce their presence for your booking.** This yard has manicured grass, large fruit trees which offer shade in the warmer months, a variety of plants to provide different scents, and a dirt corner for dogs which love to dig! It's large enough to play fetch, let dogs play together, or just allow them to explore without fear of losing track of them.

Our serene Sniffspot located near the intersection of Mutton Hollow and Thornfield Rd in Kaysville, Utah. Our property spans just under an acre, offering a diverse landscape for your dog's enjoyment. We also have a slatmill your dog can utilize upon request. The area is predominantly grassy, providing ample space for running and playing. The terrain is a mixture of gentle and steep hills, adding an element of adventure to your dog's exploration. Mature trees dot the property, creating a forest-like atmosphere with plenty of shade and interesting scents. We keep up on our pup's every week, but we can pick up before your visit upon request. A highlight of our space is a small, man-made waterfall and pond, introducing soothing sounds and a touch of tranquility. Water features are seasonal and will be dry or turned off during winter. Adjacent to our property are some goats which offer your dog a chance to safely observe farm animals from a distance. We also have a variety of gardens, some maintained and some that are wild, adding to the natural beauty and providing a variety of scents for your dog to discover. Our Sniffspot is designed to be a safe and engaging environment where dogs can explore, play, and relax in a natural setting. We own two dogs who love the yard, and one is extremely friendly and would love a playdate if you so desire. We look forward to welcoming you and your furry friend!

My yard always has some shade. By about 3 p.m. the entire backyard is mostly shady. Parking is usually on the street. Occasionally, there will be parking available next to the carport. Entrance to the backyard is next to the carport on the west side of the house.

We do Rover so we tend to have 1-6 other very dog friendly dogs around, including ours, for socializing. We also can keep them indoors if you prefer a private yard. Large fully fenced, dog proof yard with grass area, wild area and treed area. We have a very big water trough, big enough for dogs to lay down or splash in on hot days. The water goes through a UV light and bio filter for clean safe water. We keep yard clean. Plenty of space to throw balls. Or just sit back and relax while your dog has some fun.

My phones camera app hasn’t been working lately and I haven’t been able to figure out why yet.. As I need my camera for work and has been causing me problems because of it.. Anyway.. you can get a satellite image to get an idea of what it looks like as it should be identical from that. And I tried to upload the photos I already had and can’t seem to do that either.. but I’ve watched and walked dogs for all my friends and family for the last few years. Large fully fenced in yard, I play fetch with my dog in it all the time! Use it as you please; individual play with just you and your dog, play dates, dog parties! You name it. I have a very friendly dog as well if you ever need a playmate for dogs learning to socialize. This is a great option as opposed to a dog park - if you don’t want to worry about paying fees or finding random fields to play in, where animal control will come and try to ticket you. There is also parking available in the driveway.
