Feel free to reach out via text 603-401-3164 with any questions or concerns. Helpful Info: - Amenities that say "Upon Request" are free to use but I don't like to leave them out all of the time. If you would like to use one or all, just message me through sniffspot and let me know so I can have it out for you. - For doggie play-dates, one person should book for all attendees. - You can park on the street or in the driveway when available. - The pool is protected by a fence in the winter and open in the summer. Access to the pool is blocked by a gate on the deck stairs. - After a lot of rain we sometimes get muddy puddles. - The yard has grass, flowers, woods, a kiddie pool, access to a hose, water bowl, dog toys, a place for pet parents to sit and relax while the doggos play. - Its probably a bit more than a 1/2 acre fenced with grass and a wooded trail. There will almost always be someone home during any visit as I work from home. We have dogs and I will lock them inside the house while we have visitors. Rules: 1. We would appreciate a 24 hour notice for all reservation changes or cancellations. 2. If you have more than 2 cars attending at the same time, please park at North Broadway Crossing. 3. Only one booking is in the yard at a time. 4. Due to the pool, no person under 18 is allowed on the property without adult supervision. 5. It is crucial that you arrive during and only stay for the time booked because another family my be booked directly after you or I could have my dogs in the yard if you are there outside of your booked time and I wouldn't want an unexpected encounter.

Fully fenced in approximately two acres. We now have lighting for nighttime use. Approximately five times around the property perimeter equals a mile. We have chuck-it throws and balls, many toys, sand/digging areas, pools and agility equipment in a large, fenced area for you and your dog to romp around. Main entrance to the yard can be found by entering the second driveway and parking in the designated parking area in front of the solar barn. We do not plow that driveway in the winter as it’s just gravel. So, feel free to park at the bottom of my driveway and walk to the SS gate if you’re not comfortable using the SS driveway. We ask that you please adhere to our 24 hour notice when changing or canceling a reservation. We are always fully booked on weekends. The Pooch Playground

From December first on, the spot will only be open if we don't have a significant amount of snow. Please check back regularly to see if any slots are open. There is no water in the Winter. Situated on a scenic working farm, the Pooch Playground spans about 1/4 acre and is fully enclosed. Tucked next to a small woodland area, this location offers enough distance from the house and barn for a feeling of privacy. The field adjacent to the area is preserved for wildlife. We mow the spot every week, except during drought conditions. We purposely maintain longer grass (2-3 inches instead of cutting it too short) to withstand high traffic and dog urine. We leave 'islands' of grass long for sniffing and exploration. Look at the pictures of the spot. If a toy ends up in the field and you don't want to walk through the tall grass, let us know, and we will retrieve it.

This spot was amazing! It felt very private and secure. Tons of space for play and all kinds of activities for the dogs. We stayed for almost an hour and a half and the dogs were exhausted when we left. Definitely worth visiting.

This is a wonderful spot to take your dog and let them run free! The fenced in yard has plenty of seating for families. There’s a sand pit and play set for kiddos. Agility courses for dogs. A cute little set up for Halloween to take pics of your dogs and family! The barn outside of the gates area has all the amenities needed to enjoy an hour for your time. Towels, dog bowls, water, for both dogs and humans. They even have an outhouse! This spot on Allenstown, NH located in Bear Brook State Park is a hidden gem and one worth visiting!

This spot is amazing!! My boy Joey and I stopped here on our road trip from MA to NH as a way to break up the drive and give Joey a chance to stretch his legs and have some off-leash time. We loved this place so much that we booked another visit on our return trip. The yard is immaculately kept, there's tons of room to run and play, different areas and surfaces to explore, and sooo many interesting smells! Joey is a bit of a velcro dog, typically stays close to me wherever we go, but he was so comfortable at this Sniffspot that he went off on his own and explored every inch of the place. If we didn't live so far away, we would definitely be regulars at Bear Brook Canine Camp!

Wow!! Just when you think this place is the best it can be, she added on more fenced in area, set up a little self serve for water for you and her dogs and even added a little toilet in case you can't wait. We dock dive all summer and with all the rain, we barely got to do that so this was our first visit in a bit. The parking should be much easier this winter and my dogs loved the even more space. Still have found no need to check out other spots though I know this one tends to get busy at times....but this is why. Thank you for investing so much into this spot.

Amazing! There was everything you would need there for your pups! Water, Toys, balls, agility equipment and even poop bags. I brought my own toys and bags but being the forgetful person I am, I love that it was available for use! My girls were so happy being there that my bully kept trying to find a way to to get into the house to say hi and my shep didn't want to get in the car to leave. They just wanted to run and sniff. Highly recommend and truly grateful for these people with a shared love for dogs.

This experience exceeded our expectations in every way! The yard was clean, had tons of seating, toys and an obstacle course. The scenery was pretty with lots of trees and plants. Our dogs enjoyed every second of it and we will definitely be back! The hosts go the extra mile go ensure you have everything you need. Water for dogs and humans was available, as well as plenty of poop bags and places to dispose of trash.
