We have a little peace of heaven here in the Shenandoah Valley! We’re just minutes from Interstate 66 & 81. We are also offering many amenities such as cold water for you and your dog! A dog pool, plenty of chairs located sporadically in the shade and one in the middle with an umbrella for shade! We have even put a hammock out there if you want to relax while your dog gets his/her energy out! We have also provided toys, costumes for dress up, light treats and we have a water source for cleaning off the paws as well as towels to dry your pooch before getting back in the car! The private dog park is 100% fenced in and while you’re here our dogs will be in the house so they are not a distraction. All you need to bring is your dog and yourself and you’re sure to have a great time! The proceeds from this Sniffspot will go to our Nonprofit Animal Rescue, Maci Blue Animal Rescue! I have a large field area that’s half an acre Surrounded by beautiful woods. I plan to fence it in the future but now it is unfenced We have bench chairs shade. If your dog loves to explore we have 8 acres of raw woods with trails. Feel free to bring your dog and go for a hike! We have seen many hawks soaring through the sky & bald eagles!

Around 1.5 acres of fully fenced yard in Vienna. Half the yard is an open sunny field, the other half is shaded under tall trees. Huge patio, partially under deck for cover. Watering hose, water bowl, doggie bags, trash can on site. Please contact us for big events, gatherings or meet ups. There's a toy bin with dog toys, feel free to use them but please put toys back into the bin afterwards.

A reactive dog himself, our rescue Reptar understands the value of private playtime in a safe space and invites you to enjoy his personal pup oasis! With Fall upon us, we welcome you and your dogs to enjoy our fully-fenced backyard with private lake access. We offer shade for our guests, both from the trees and a movable pop up tent. We also have a dog-kiddie pool for them to splash around in or rinse off after their dip in the lake. We provide outside toys, doggie waste bags, treats, towels and drinking water for you and our furry guests. We offer a 45 yard leash you can use when your dog is swimming if you are worried about their recall in the water. We even have an agility course for some extra fun! We welcome you to sync your phone to our Bose speaker to listen to your own music or just enjoy the sounds of nature. Lots of wildlife to enjoy, you may even help us find the last of the season’s baby turtles during your stay! All dogs are welcome!

*The new deck is done, and the fire pit is available for use on colder days! Please just message me and I can have it running for you by the time you get here. The general plan is to have our guests use the lower deck (to be closer to their dogs), but if your dogs happens to run up to the upper deck, no big deal!* We have somewhere between a third to a half acre in our backyard, fully enclosed with a 5 to 7-ft wood fence. We have shady spots, but there also aren't too many trees, so there is plenty of room to play fetch and run around. Amenities include two different size jumps, a balance beam, a slide, a spring-loaded tug rope attached to a tree, a small dog tunnel, furniture on the lower deck for you to sit down, a hammock, and a trampoline. With the slide, not every dog can manage to get up it, so please just use your judgment and be safe 😁.

The route to the Farmette is very scenic. It's roughly 35-40min from the MGM/National Harbor, and is 2min from Smallwood State Park and various boat, fishing locations. The street is milled, so PLEASE DRIVE SLOW as you ride to the end of the road. The yard is fully fenced, secured by a farm gate. You will enjoy a pesticide and chemical free yard for the safety of all 🐕. Bug spray and natural flea, tick spray is provided for all visitors. Come and watch your pets run the wide open spaces, splash in the Puddle Park 💦🫧. Seating, plenty of shade can be found on the grounds. There is plenty of space to park inside of the spot and allows for multiple vehicles of any size to park to accommodate large pup parties🙂 .
