I went in the morning from 8-9 and there was plenty of shade to keep us cool even in the summer heat. The pool temp was great. My dog was nervous about going down from the step to the Baja shelf so it took a while to coax him down on it, but for dogs that already know how to swim in pools this would be a great one!
