Welcome to our large fenced in area and building that is tailored for dogs! The indoor space connects directly to the fully fenced in outdoor area. The fences are 6 feet tall and fully secured, so no need to worry about escape artists! This building is at the back of our property and is mostly private, with the exception of coming and going and a spot of the fence that extends towards the front of the building.

Nice flat, fully fenced yard, safe for your pup to run and smell to their heart's content! Please use the gate on the garage side of the house for entry and please be sure to clip the carabiner on your way out. Water is always fresh and full with our auto-filling dog bowl! We run a dog sitting and daycare business via www.bandjpawsandstay.com so your pup will likely get to say "Hi!" to some friends through the patio door. Our Sniffspot is less than 10 min off 35W. The space if fully fenced and almost a full acre. This fence is along the road and isn't connected to any buildings. The space is a gradual hill so you will get a workout walking around the space.

Welcome to our safe haven! In this club, there is no such thing as a bad dog and ALL dogs and humans are welcome and loved. I am the proud mama of two fearful and reactive dogs and work as a caregiver specializing in special needs animals and dogs with special behavior cases, esp. fear-based aggression. We built this yard specifically for fence jumpers and dogs that need and deserve a quiet and private space to play and feel safe. Our spot’s entrance is remotely controlled, allowing us to ensure there is zero risk of anyone entering the yard during your visit. We believe our guests deserve security and privacy, and will never enter the yard unless you have specifically requested that we do (i.e. if there is an emergency and you have expressly asked me to come out to the yard and help you). Our yard is spacious, wooded, and green with full 8ft privacy fencing including inwardly-angled fence extenders. Doggie extras: get ready for wooded trails, “barkour” obstacles, the perfect grassy bowl for fetch, agility jumps and tunnels, a tennis ball bit, splash pool in the summer, and so much more. For the humans - we hope you’ll enjoy our Adirondack chairs, snacks, and when it’s warm, our hammock chairs and swing set. You may hear Member dogs, and/or people conversing. Make sure to check out all of the amenities that this great property offers besides being indoors!! Toys, Treats, agility equipment are allowed to be brought in. Upon reservation, the owner will reach out to your via SniffSpot Chat with additional instructions. You'll have to provide an email address for door access. On your first visit, since this is a commercial property, the owner will meet with you to go over the rules. 0.4 acres fully fenced in and private. Have your pup chase a frisbee or ball and run up and down the hill. It’s tiring! 😅 Winter: We have a hill that will challenge and tire your pup up running through the snow! ❄️ Toys, trash, and water bowl are available (no water after hose is winterized) Spring: I will block off days when the yard is too wet, as it takes a while for it to dry after a heavy rainfall or quick snow melt due to the hill. Summer/Late Spring/Early Fall: We have a few chairs 🪑 on the deck and umbrella ☂️ as well as a water bowl 💧 and hose if your pup needs water or to cool off.

We are about an .25 mile off the main road and our 10 acres go deeper into the woods. We have about 5 acres of wooded areas and 5 acres of open trails. It is a beautiful and private property. The property is 100% fenced- the fencing is 3 feet high- there is a gate in the driveway, once closed it is completely fenced in.

Fully fenced in yard that’s well taken care of. Be mindful of small dogs as there are some small gaps between the fence and the ground.

One of our best amenities here at Twin Cities Premier Dog Boarding is our beautiful yard. And we wanted to share it with everyone. Even if they're not one of our guests. The yard is fully fenced, we have tons of treats, every kind of toy your pup could possibly want, and has agility equipment including: jumps, a small A-frame, a dog walk & more!

Private and spacious for your dog or dogs to run around and play freely. Seating (along with table) provided for the owners. Water and toys also provided for the dogs. Peaceful, quiet, safe neighborhood. Parking is provided on the side of the house or anywhere along the cul da sac. Please don’t park on the driveway due to the fact that my family is constantly coming and going (I wouldn’t want to interrupt your time by having you move your car). No need to worry about walking far, looking for parking, or getting a ticket. Easy access to come and go.

Our neighbors are great and are aware of our Sniffspot. • 🗑 TRASH: Sorry, we do not currently have a trash bin in the fenced-in part of our yard, simply due to the issue of maintenance. You're welcome to deposit knotted baggies in our large plastic garbage bins near our garage. • 🪟 WINDOW SHADES can be closed if that is best for your pup(s). Just message me in the app and I can close them if we are home. • 🚰💧 Sorry, the water is currently off for the season. This is an ideal spot being just a half block west of 35W and only 10 minutes from 40th and Lyndale Av. S. or South Burnsville. Only $4!! ....plenty of room for dogs to run right here in the city. Backyard is approximately 64 X 80 and mostly green so far.

**It's muddy!! Until things dry out, parking is only available on the concrete pad closer to the house. Please do not park by the bonfire pit. ** **Fostering a dog? Message for special discounts** This is our private residence. Our dogs love walking the trails, sprinting through the woods, and diving through the prairie grasses. We love offering other pups the chance to enjoy it too! The trails are mostly wooded, and there is a ravine with a small creek (often dry in the summer). There are areas of trails, woods, prairie, and mowed grass. There is a barbed-wire fence marking the property line around the property, however it is not fully-fenced. Your dog will need to know to stay close enough to you or respond to your calls. *The ticks are out!* *Poop bags provided* 10% of all profit is donated to dog rescue organizations

My yard will be your pup's new favorite hangout spot. Enjoy playing fetch or just spending some quality time hanging out. I live in a suburban neighborhood, which is pretty quiet for the most part. There's a higher chance you may see a neighbor or hear kids playing in the evening or on the weekends when the weather is nice. I do stay on top of picking up dog's 💩 but I may occasionally miss one. I apologize if you happen to come across one. • There is a basket full of toys on the deck for your dog to choose from. I'm always adding new toys to keep things new and exciting. • In the warmer months, have a small or large plastic pool that you can add to your visit for an additional fee of either $3(small) or $5(large). Please message me prior to adding it to your visit to make sure I'll be around to get it set up for you. • A water bowl will be on the deck (during warmer months) • There is a hose you are welcome to use if needed • A poop bag holder with bags will be on the table on the deck. • There is a trash can for 💩 bags and garbage by the gate • Seating is available when there's no snow. There are chairs around the fire pit and also on the deck. • There is quite a bit of lighting that can be put on to light up the backyard if needed. • I will leave a towel on the table for drying off wet dogs during the winter months and during the time when things can get messy when the snow is melting. If you add a plastic pool to your visit in the summer, I will leave a towel out also.

We have about 1/3 of an acre that our house sits on. The backyard is fully fenced and is a great size for throwing balls, letting your dog run around. We have some dog toys as well that can be used during the use of the yard. In the summer, we can set up a kiddie pool for your dog to splash in. Please let us know upon making a reservation that you’d like to use the pool and we will have it set up. If there is anything you need during your time of use, please do not hesitate to reach out!

Come enjoy our expansive, completely fenced-in backyard, which is roughly 3/4 of an acre. We are happy to share our backyard with dog(s) and their owners who would like to have a very large, private place for their dogs to run, sniff, and play. The area is on the edge of a rural setting. Enjoy expanses of wide open area as hayfields surround our property. There are many areas for the humans to sit and watch their dog(s) run around and have fun. There is a picnic table, benches, tables/chairs, and gliders. Have fun watching our critters whose pens are just on the other side of our backyard. We have horses, goats, ducks, and chickens. (Dogs are not allowed in with the farm animals.) We have a fenced in garden area within the backyard. The garden is surrounded by rose bushes. In the middle is a courtyard with glider benches around a propane fire pit, a table/chairs, with a tiered water fountain in the middle. (Dogs not allowed within the garden area.) Enjoy the many types of birds that fly overhead on their way to Peltier Lake. There are also Sandhill cranes that show up periodically, as well as turkeys & geese. Treat your dog to a wide open area to sniff, play, and run to their heart’s content. Treat yourself to a pleasant setting that is like no other. We look forward to your visit! Alimagnet Dog Park in Burnsville, Minnesota is an unfenced dog park where dogs must be vaccinated to enter. Rules include cleaning up after your dog, no aggressive dogs allowed, no female dogs in heat or puppies under 4 months, and children must be supervised. Food is prohibited, dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting, but there are amenities like small dog friendly areas, chairs, indoor restrooms, a table, and a field. Fully fenced backyard in prime location in south Minneapolis. Easy private entry. Lots of bushes, trees, nooks, and crannies for dogs to sniff and explore. Shaded spots as needed. Sprinkler available for use! Bunnies and other critters abound for chasing. Patio couch and table with chairs/umbrella available for your human. Both off-street (alley) and free street parking available. If we have enough advance notice, we will be sure to have water out for your pooch. Best for non-jumpers as the fence is low in spots.

We have 15 acres of space to roam and play in! We have very little trees so it’s mostly all open space to run. Lots of gardens in the summer and will be adding a kiddie pool and toys for the pups. Our lot is the one with the WHITE house! We have free range chickens, so please let us know if they need to be put in their coop and allow 2 hours of notice to do so. We appreciate it! The woods beyond our farmland is not part of our property, so please stay within the open farmland!
