Welcome to the mountain! The drive up is beautiful, there’s a little general store on the corner to grab some snacks and beverages before you get to the house. Ample parking available. The entire back is fenced over 5 acres fully fenced with pond and pool (dogs allowed, duh!) fenced in. Hose, kiddie pool both available. We do have 2 very dog savvy horses but they can be put up if your dogs aren’t horse friendly! Our dogs will stay inside to allow yours to roam- they are all kept on monthly prevention for flea/tick and deworming and we expect that of you as well! Fear not, most of the time a 15+ ER vet tech would be on site and we have a pretty well stocked emergency kit! We run a dog and cat rescue so these funds will help rescue animals immensely! Let you and your pups be free!! Visit our 220 acres which 218 acres is reserved for a leash free day! Enjoy the natural nature setting in the Big Brush Creek Cove. Think of it as renting out a state park for the day! Enjoy the sound of water the moment you park. Walk along the driveway to view the creek and gorge on one side and turn to the right on the natural trails for a mountain nature trail hike / walk. Make sure the pups get to swim and splash in the clean creek. Take a break so you and your pup can enjoy pure relaxation. Inquire about camping ($50.00 a night sent via Venmo except during Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend which is $75.00 a night & a minimum of one hour booked on the sniffspot app)over night if you love it too much to leave. We hope you and your pup(s) will love it as much as we and our pups do.

We have 6.5 acres of beautiful, scenic views available to you and your fur babes! We have plenty of space for them to run and play, and we also have two ponds on the property they are welcome to swim in. You are welcome here anytime day or night! We look forward to meeting you and your furry kids!

Enjoy this 3 acre lot. Approx 1 acre in front is flat. The rest of the property is a private wooded area. Not fenced. The private wooded area has some incline.

The property is located inside Cherokee National Forest. There are multiple nature walking trails through the forest and a spring fed creek.

Peaceful, rural beauty only 10 minutes from downtown Cleveland. 1/5 mile gravel path (grass path next to gravel as well if your dog has sensitive paws) that can be used as a scenic trail. We own and operate a dog boarding business on the property- hence why there are so may blocked off times- but open the yards for Sniffspot during our slower days. Bring your toys but cleanup after yourself. Poop bags available to clean up messes and poop on request. Water hose available to fill your dog dish and bottled water for yourself for $1 each cash. Upon securing your booking, you'll receive a remote for the gate on the lower drive. Please be patient as the driveway gate opens; then, feel free to drive through and park anywhere. Remember to close the gate behind you before allowing your dogs to roam freely—no leashes are needed within the secured gated yard and pool area. The pool is easily accessed by a paved path to the pool and upper deck. Enclosed by a 6-foot wooden privacy fence, our yard ensures the safety of your pets. Enjoy the rolling hill and a pet-friendly saltwater pool, surrounded by grounds featuring an undeveloped forest. There are no HOA rules or sanctions for enthusiastic barking, allowing your dogs to truly be themselves—bark, swim, romp, and live their best lives. We've opened our yard to your family to create a joyful and memorable experience. Please brush your dogs before arrival. We have had pool pump and filter issues from excess hair 🤔😀. Also be sure to teach your dogs to use only the stairway to enter and leave the water to preserve our pool liner.! 😜 Please allow a few minutes toward the end of your stay to do basic cleanup for the next user. Got 6.5 acres of land, little pond at the front entrance then up by the house big field dogs can run in. People can sit on the deck if they like. We do have a couple of dogs but they are fenced in so they will not bother you.

Bring your dog to enjoy a slice of pastured, fully fenced heaven out in the country. Wear your mud boots and come explore our land. We have multiple different types of terrain for you and your dog to enjoy. Grassy, muddy, hilly, plus a ravine with a seasonal stream. There's plenty of room for all those games of fetch or chase. ***Note*** Our fencing is set up for livestock so smaller dogs would be able to scoot underneath. Please make sure you have your dog under voice control at all times.

We have 15 acres of non fenced trails near Tennessee river in Sale Creek. If you do not have 100% recall on your dogs a leash is required. We do have one fenced yard available where a leash is not required. Water and a small dog pool are also available.
