Welcome to the mountain! The drive up is beautiful, there’s a little general store on the corner to grab some snacks and beverages before you get to the house. Ample parking available. The entire back is fenced over 5 acres fully fenced with pond and pool (dogs allowed, duh!) fenced in. Hose, kiddie pool both available. We do have 2 very dog savvy horses but they can be put up if your dogs aren’t horse friendly! Our dogs will stay inside to allow yours to roam- they are all kept on monthly prevention for flea/tick and deworming and we expect that of you as well! Fear not, most of the time a 15+ ER vet tech would be on site and we have a pretty well stocked emergency kit! We run a dog and cat rescue so these funds will help rescue animals immensely! Greetings, Our mission is to provide a secure and clean environment for the ultimate sniffing and play experiences for your pets. Our yard is designed to minimize the risk of spreading kennel cough or respiratory diseases. Nestled in the heart of West Knoxville, our property features a dog friendly pool with a large securely fenced yard. Upon securing your booking, you'll receive a remote for the gate on the lower drive. Please be patient as the driveway gate opens; then, feel free to drive through and park anywhere. Remember to close the gate behind you before allowing your dogs to roam freely—no leashes are needed within the secured gated yard and pool area. The pool is easily accessed by a paved path to the pool and upper deck. Enclosed by a 6-foot wooden privacy fence, our yard ensures the safety of your pets. Enjoy the rolling hill and a pet-friendly saltwater pool, surrounded by grounds featuring an undeveloped forest. There are no HOA rules or sanctions for enthusiastic barking, allowing your dogs to truly be themselves—bark, swim, romp, and live their best lives. We've opened our yard to your family to create a joyful and memorable experience. Please brush your dogs before arrival. We have had pool pump and filter issues from excess hair 🤔😀. Also be sure to teach your dogs to use only the stairway to enter and leave the water to preserve our pool liner.! 😜 Please allow a few minutes toward the end of your stay to do basic cleanup for the next user. Let you and your pups be free!! Visit our 220 acres which 218 acres is reserved for a leash free day! Enjoy the natural nature setting in the Big Brush Creek Cove. Think of it as renting out a state park for the day! Enjoy the sound of water the moment you park. Walk along the driveway to view the creek and gorge on one side and turn to the right on the natural trails for a mountain nature trail hike / walk. Make sure the pups get to swim and splash in the clean creek. Take a break so you and your pup(s) can enjoy pure relaxation. Inquire about camping overnight if you love it too much to leave ($75.00 a night sent via Venmo upon scheduling - Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend is $150.00 a night & a minimum of one hour booked on the sniffspot app on arrival and departure for all campers booking through the Sniffspot app). We hope you and your pup(s) will love it as much as we and our pups do. Please note when you make a reservation it will be booked on central time zone. I’m happy to honor eastern time when possible.

We are a wedding venue on most weekends, but have availability during the week. With all the new construction of neighborhoods and apartments, your dog would love to run around and play! We have a creek too for water dogs! Even though this is a field, we do as you to pick up your dogs droppings and not allow them to urinate on any planted landscape.

Hello! We have fresh grass arriving this weekend! We have a HUGE FENCED backyard with a beautiful view of the woods and country living ! It's almost 500sq feet and being extended weekly! Bermuda grass, tons of toys and fun and fencing is equipped for dogs up to 80 pounds. Cameras on site to be sure your pup is kept safe
