The code will be provided approximately 2 hours prior to your reserved time.

You can park right in front of the gate or beside the gate along the fence line. The spigot works , it just takes a second for it to come up.

Welcome to the mountain! The drive up is beautiful, there’s a little general store on the corner to grab some snacks and beverages before you get to the house. Ample parking available. The entire back is fenced over 5 acres fully fenced with pond and pool (dogs allowed, duh!) fenced in. Hose, kiddie pool both available. We do have 2 very dog savvy horses but they can be put up if your dogs aren’t horse friendly! Our dogs will stay inside to allow yours to roam- they are all kept on monthly prevention for flea/tick and deworming and we expect that of you as well! Fear not, most of the time a 15+ ER vet tech would be on site and we have a pretty well stocked emergency kit! We run a dog and cat rescue so these funds will help rescue animals immensely! Upon securing your booking, you'll receive a remote for the gate on the lower drive. Please be patient as the driveway gate opens; then, feel free to drive through and park anywhere. Remember to close the gate behind you before allowing your dogs to roam freely—no leashes are needed within the secured gated yard and pool area. The pool is easily accessed by a paved path to the pool and upper deck. Enclosed by a 6-foot wooden privacy fence, our yard ensures the safety of your pets. Enjoy the rolling hill and a pet-friendly saltwater pool, surrounded by grounds featuring an undeveloped forest. There are no HOA rules or sanctions for enthusiastic barking, allowing your dogs to truly be themselves—bark, swim, romp, and live their best lives. We've opened our yard to your family to create a joyful and memorable experience. Please brush your dogs before arrival. We have had pool pump and filter issues from excess hair 🤔😀. Also be sure to teach your dogs to use only the stairway to enter and leave the water to preserve our pool liner.! 😜 Please allow a few minutes toward the end of your stay to do basic cleanup for the next user. Bermuda grass, tons of toys and fun and fencing is equipped for dogs up to 80 pounds. Cameras on site to be sure your pup is kept safe

Cost is $30 for 1/2 hour Ultimutt Knoxville has a 20x42 ft above ground swimming pool for dogs. We teach dogs to swim, dock dive, help with exercise, help to create a confident dog in the water. Rentals are 30 minutes for up to three dogs. We have life vests, tables, chairs, areas for dogs to use the restroom. Indoor restrooms for owners available. Fully fenced. Decent yard with a steep hill, which is good for a hilly workout with a ball or a toy. I also offer chairs for owners to sit and watch their pet stretch their legs around the yard. Our private back yard offers a large open area for you & your dog to hang out and burn off some energy! With a wood privacy fence on two sides, and no neighbors behind us, this yard is great for reactive doggies too. Patio furniture, swing, & hammock stand available for use, as well as WiFi. Off-street parking in driveway with side entrance to the yard. Our neighborhood is a wonderful dog walking neighborhood. Start or end your hangout with a nice walk too! We will come & go from the house but will not disturb you unless you’d like to chat. Unfortunately, we do not have access to a restroom for this location.

Welcome to our SniffSpot! If you send me a note I'm happy to put out some lawn chairs and a big bowl of water before your arrival. There are plastic bags for poop hanging on the fence, which you can place in the trashcan in the driveway on your way out :) If there's anything else you might need please feel free to reach out. We would love to host you and your beloved fur babies in our very nice, fully fenced in backyard! We are located just about 20 minutes outside of downtown Chattanooga. We have a trampoline and swing set available for children to play while your dog runs free! We can offer water for your pups, as well as for you. We lost our fur baby about 2 years ago, so yours will be free to enjoy it to themselves. I do have a small dog pool I can fill up for them to use. Our larger (small) pool is not for use. I have a water bowl and there is plenty of shade, seating, and tables provided. If necessary, we will allow use of our indoor restroom. Can supply hand sanitizer or soap, bottled water, and snacks if necessary. Hope to host you and your pups!

1/4 acre fully fenced yard with a barnyard view

I have a large, fairly flat, fenced in yard. It backs up to the disc golf course at Victor Ashe, so you may see or hear people playing or walking their dogs. We also have birds, squirrels, and bunnies that like to visit. Most of the fence is a wooden privacy fence, but the back by the park is chainlink. I have a deck with chairs or a couch you can relax in and enjoy the peacefulness of the yard. Fur babies are welcome on the couch as well, and there will be a bowl of fresh water for them in the yard. I also have 2 camping chairs I put in the yard if you prefer. I do have 2 dogs that may bark upon arrival, but they will be out of sight. I hope you enjoy the yard as much as we do.

Very convenient to Highway 153 at the Bonny Oaks exit. It's a quiet neighborhood, with lots of mature trees for shade. My cat has freedom to roam via her pet door, so you might see Fluffy around. Please park to the right hand side of the house which is where the gate is located. There are dogs across the street, but none to the left, to the right, nor behind my house. The hill is great for exercise! You're welcome to have a seat at the table, or start up a fire in the solo stove. An outdoor shower isn't ready for human use, but fine to bathe your dog in! Enjoy!
