The yard is fully level with no trees, and I recently added fresh topsoil to smooth everything out for safe, carefree play. I’m excited to keep making upgrades as more bookings come in and would love to hear your suggestions too! My goal is to make sure you and your furry friend have the best experience possible. Back yard great for tossing the ball or getting the zoomies out. Completely enclosed with a 6’ wooden privacy fence. I only ask no digging holes. **Sniff spot automatically approves all sniff sessions so sometimes my own dogs are in the yard, if you arrive and there are dogs in the yard please do not enter and ring doorbell.**

Come enjoy our fully fenced in yard for your dog to roam. We also offer 5 acres in the back of our property of trails for you all to walk through. Trail area is not fenced in.

We have a spacious and open backyard that is fully fenced in. Our backyard has 2 entrances via gates that close and lock very securely so no chance of your pets getting loose. Much of the backyard is shaded for them to escape the heat in as well. And we have a shaded area under the deck for the owners to sit and beat the heat. Otherwise kick back and relax on our deck and enjoy the outdoors while watching your dog(s) roam and explore or chill out as well. We also have a disc golf basket for the humans to get some fun in! We have a dog as well that is great with others but we’re more than okay to keep her inside if your dog(s) prefer their alone time. Parking is free on the street or in the driveway.

My backyard is half shaded and half sunny with lush grass, 8ft fencing, a double gate, and huge with lots of area to explore. Six modern adirondack chairs & ample beverage tables will keep you comfy. Enjoy the shade from the large mature trees and relax & enjoy playing with your pup! Please keep your dog(s) leashed always until you are inside the SniffSpot. Close both gates during visit. Keep dog(s) off furniture. If dog(s) go onto furniture clean dog prints off of furniture. Trampoline use is not included in Sniffspot. We have 2 partially wooded acres fully fenced with nature trails. Area is completely private as the play area sits towards the back of the property. We absolutely adore dogs, (we have three) so naturally I had a 5ft fence installed when I bought the house. I know what it's like to live in an apartment or house with no fence and have dogs. We have a patio where you are welcome to sit and watch the dogs play. During summer months we have a swimming pool for humans and a kiddy pool for dogs. Beautiful fully fenced huge yard in Madison! Our dogs love our new yard as it’s spacious enough for runs and playing frisbee. We’d love to share it with you! Safely enclosed. Short grass. Tall well built fence safe for jumpers. We do have a pool on site but it is fenced separately so your dog will not be able to access the pool area. We provide doggie treats, water, poop bags, paw wipes, toys, bug spray and a sitting area for their humans. Lots of trees to provide shade. We hope you and your doggies enjoy our private park!

You can park in front of our house and come in through the fence gate at the end of driveway. I will make sure my 2 dogs are inside at your appointment time. Your dogs will love the exercise!! Feel free to play with all the toys! **Yard muddy in the back after rain, may want to bring a towel for your car**

Welcome to our private farm! We live on site and will close our main gate once guests enter, ensuring the property is secure. Please inform us if there will be more than one car so I won't close the gate too soon. The pasture is fully fenced, partly with 4 board fencing, and partly with horse safe wire fencing along main road and wooden panels against neighboring property. Our current pasture is 3 acres with mainly open fields and a few trees and bushes. When it rains, there can be a small creek down by the road. The neighbor has a small dog that comes out on occasion, but there are panels on the fencing between our properties, so dogs won't be able to see through. We have a German Shepherd dog on site, but will keep her inside during guest appointments. To access the entrance, guests will need to drive past the main house, go to the right and up the hill towards the barnyard. Buildings in barnyard are not available for guests except for use of the hose, which is marked. Located in the upper barn breezeway ( concrete floor) to the left of the parking site. Hose available. Signs are provided to help guests find the hose area, park entry, and parking. Guests: please feel free to move the chairs as needed to stay in the shade or sun for your comfort!

Hey, Welcome to our incredible back yard! Fully fenced with trees and tons of space to run, we invite you to come for a peaceful outing with your pup!

A fully fenced backyard on a .26 acre total lot. The yard is fully fenced with no gaps, 3 sides of the yard have a 6’ privacy fence while 1 side has a 4’ chain link fence. The yard is accessible from the off-street parking through a secured, latching gate. There are two chairs and a small table on a concrete patio. Potty bags, bug spray, and a hose are available outside for use, as well as a dog bowl and some toys for fetch. At times, the neighbors may be visible in their back yard and, while rare, their leashed dog may be out in their front yard. They, and the dog, do not enter the space at all, and are far enough away that they are not 'close.' I have two dogs that will remain inside while you are here but you may hear them barking from inside the house if I am not home. I have never had an issue with either my medium sized or very small dog escaping the yard, as it’s completely fenced and secure. I generally do not greet my guests unless requested.

Welcome to Franklin Tennessee’s private Dog Park situated in a luxurious park like setting in the beautiful country! We are away from others but close enough to get to! You will enjoy an acre of flat grass land that is kept short for you and your pets safety. We have beautiful comfortable benches and chairs set throughout our park! Do you want to be in the shade and feel the cool breeze? Or do you want a tan in the sun? The choice is yours! Your doggies will be able to roam around and you won’t have to be a helicopter dog parent by worrying about them as this park is fully enclosed. We provide some really cool ball throwing toys to include two tennis ball launchers (for littles and giants.) There are also other toys like ropes, frisbees and so much more! There is an agility course available for your use as well! For your convenience we have different types of pooper scoopers so you aren’t having to pick up their poop with a bag! Bottled water will be available for you and your doggy to drink. Whatever you see within the park is yours to use! We have a 1 acre fully fenced large yard with plenty of space for dogs to run and play. Lots of room to play fetch and enjoy outdoor time with your furry friend. We have water and hose access for dogs. During the Spring and Summer we have a cooler with water for dog owners and a kiddie pool and splash pad for dogs to play in.

Stay in front of the now gray garage and you won’t encounter cows 🐃
