Private pasture fenced with extra large shade structure for pets and parents. No need to worry about water for thirsty doggies there is access to a hose and trough for a swim. It's a great place for a doggy play date with friends on the farm. All income generated off our spot will go towards charities. Currently, we are donating to a children's school in Soweto, Africa. We're excited to offer almost 2 acres for your pup(s) to run around and get their exercise. There's plenty of room to toss a frisbee or throw a ball! Our pasture is fully fenced with a private entrance. There's plenty of shade, seating and toys to play with.

Peaceful and beautiful. Fully gated & Protected by my Great Pyrenees King Maximillion who is a class act and welcomes all dogs to come take a run with him or just hang out. I also have a large size Kennel for My Max and don't mind putting him up for those of you who just want one in one time with your pets..... Max doesn't mind it either 🫡

A truly beautiful spot! just the right size to keep an eye on your dogs while they run themselves tired. It was a half acre sandy soil riding arena now converted. We’ve planted 3 weeping willow trees and they will grow quickly to provide even more shade to the grassy area. But rest assured, there is tons of shade and trees all about the doggie park and the rest of the property and along with all the trees comes the birds, so constant singing and tweeting…. It’s quite serene. 2/3 (the center of the park) is irrigated grass… we have a large scratching post and sprinklers And or a pool available for hot days. See extras some days you might luck out because if someone else pays to fill the pool, we won’t immediately drain it for a couple days unless someone else purchases the freshwater. So you may have a slightly used pool to use at no charge.. And if you do pay the $11 to fill it fresh.. you feel good that maybe someone else and there doggies will get to enjoy it beyond your use. —- A paw it forward gesture We have a dig site now, featuring both fresh sand and separately a clean dirt mound. We find half of the dogs prefer the sand and the other half prefer the fresh dirt mound. We also have a dry rock River bed featuring a few scarlet sage plants (non toxic aspca) and many of the dogs like to sniff around there and walk over the smooth rocks. We use the perimeter of the park like a walking track to get in our steps, you are welcome to do the same. There are several seating options, very comfortable chairs spaced in a couple areas or even a couple pool style recliners. We have some things that you may want or need to use from time to time such as insect repellent, sunscreen spray, first aid kit, etc There are 2 indestructible tables in the area if you need a place to set your coffee or would like to get some work done We have some Wi-Fi service available via Starlink and seem to maintain speeds around 15-25mbps, which is not so bad for our rural setting. We are actually just a very short distance from Ripon, Manteca and Tracy (off Kasson Rd and Airport) about 7 or 8 minutes into the country from the Bass Pro Shop in Manteca. only about 20 minutes from Modesto via Ripon and Ripon Road / Jack Tone We will continuously improve the park and maintain and upgrade as use allows. *** Our most recent additions include a restroom within the park perimeter and we now offer self-service snacks and drinks via Venmo, PayPal or Cash. 100% of the snack purchase Donations go directly to the PAW it Forward Sanctuary, NON Profit 501c3 Rescue. It’s a gated community inside an open mountain space. You enjoy both the lake and many other activities. Has swimming area and picnic and more to see.

The spot is a thinned area of forest adjacent to the parking area. Large enough to play fetch or frisbee. Some obstacles, i.e. limbed trees on the ground, think jumping. It is on a hillside so you can be sure your dog will get a workout. Water is on site. For cleanliness issues we request you bring your own toys and bowls.

Come on out to the country and explore our just shy of 1 acre dog training park! We have a tug of war tower, parkour logs, doggy balance beam, sensory path, a giant tire, and lots of enriching mulch. Pick a ball from the ball bin to play with or a stick from the stick library! More exciting enrichment to come!

We have a clean and safe yard for some pups to come and play in. If your dog likes other dogs then my dog wouldn’t mind having run with your dog as well! Lots of green grass and shady spots to lay and relax! I’m also very knowledgeable in Dog Training and Dog care and would love to help in anyway the client may need.

I have 3 1/2 acres of beautiful land for your doggies to run and play. The view is amazing and there are comfy spots for a picnic underneath a majestic oak. I live about 40 minutes from Merced and it’s a beautiful drive!
