Great spot for dogs who love to run and play fetch. Our dog Maverick loves nothing more so this spot was ideal for him, we were able to tire him out which is no small task with Mav. Karen had fresh water and was there to answer any questions, our dog isn’t water inclined but she also had a little pool to help beat the heat. There are two different parts which offered lots of new smells and exploring as well. Would recommend this spot to anyone and everyone.

Great place! 3 big open spaces for pups to roam or play with options for shade. The family's horses are so beautiful and curious even when one of my pupsters was barking here and there at em. Would def go back

Easy to park out front of the house. Fenced in pastures with trees and sitting areas. Lots of space for the dogs to run and enjoy being off leash! We had a wonderful time and my dog was content and tired when we left

Karens backyard was super entertaining and filled with enrichment toys for pups. Lots of room to roam around and clean. Will definitely be coming back.

Our 2 yo pointer had the best time!! Place was fully fenced. There was a main yard + 2 huge fields, maybe a 3rd field closed off, but 2 was plenty! Goose was unsure of the horses, even though she was trying to get through the gate into their area lol. Little pool was great for cooling off. Will definitely come again! Great place to take a break from off leash training and let a dog be a dog :)

Awesome space for my Dobie to get PLENTY of exercise! Karen, the host, was super accommodating, had great communication during the booking, and made you feel super comfortable to be in her space! My girl loved the plastic swimming pool that was available as well as all the toys left out! Nice shady space as well out in the pasture if you need a break from the sun, where there are chairs and a picnic table. I cannot recommend this place enough! Will definitely be going back!!

My 3 girls had so much fun. We recently moved from SC and the girls have been pent up in our temporary house with a small yard and they needed to run and play. Karen’s was perfect!! They ran and played frisbee and explored. We will definitely be back!

My 2 hounds absolutely loved being able to roam and stretch their legs all over the 7 acres. The yard and field are well kept and all points of the fence were secure. They even took a dip in the doggy pool! Plenty of space for fetch and racing each other, and shaded areas for the humans to sit. We also took our baby and she got to meet a horse for the 1st time!!

Karen is very friendly and welcoming. My dog loved running in the pastures on her property and the large acreage was perfect for recall training. The fence is well secured and she filled up a kiddie pool for my dog to cool off in. Highly recommend for any high energy dogs!

Absolutely amazing! By far the best Sniffspot I have ever been to! And I’ve been to at least 100 over the last year and a half within three hours of where I live in Bel Air, Maryland, so I’m an expert! Everything is completely fenced, but they still have a lot of natural shrubbery and trees and that’s where my dogs love to sniff! Trust me, this is by far the best Sniffspot I’ve ever been to considering what my dogs love the size and everything that this has to offer! And I’ve been to the mall!
