Absolutely stellar location! The host is beyond awesome, answered my questions beforehand as well as tracked down a missing item for us after we had left. The property is so cool, there's a bunch of different types of terrain- woods, water & open fields. There are walking paths cut throughout the brush and wooded areas. You won't always be able to see your dog because of how large the property is, but even with an escape opportunist husky she was fine being entirely off leash. I will say that if you have a particularly determined dog prone to fence hopping you may want to have a longline or e collar as backup for the front section of the house. There are chickens, but are very secure and tucked away so they're in no danger if your dog is very prey driven. The dogs were having such a good time we extended our visit another 30 minutes! We'll definitely be back so the dogs can swim again before it gets cold.

We loved our first visit! It’s a beautiful spot with just enough green space for open runs and smaller maintained pathways for sniff adventures. My water-loving boy spent most of his time swimming in the pond. Highly recommend!

This is an absolutely beautiful property!! The picturesque scenery and property features such as the barn, fence, and silo, made it the perfect place to take Christmas card photos with my dog who does better without distractions :) Would love to come back and take full advantage of all that this Sniffspot has to offer!! My two GSP’s had a BLAST exploring this beautiful place! There were clean toys all over, a scooper with a trashcan nearby in case you didn’t bring bags, super easy to find and just all around gorgeous. Fencing was secure, and to my surprise I didn’t step in any dog poop!! (No idea how y’all do it, my yard could never look so good!) We will absolutely be back!!☺️

The property was clean and open and wonderful! The fencing was secure and my dogs LOVED being able to run and sniff around. There is a chicken coup that my German shepherd had a hard time pulling herself away from but it’s secure enough you won’t need to worry about your dogs getting in. Definitely recommend!

If I could give 6 stars I would!!! Awesome sniff spot. The entire yard was completely fenced in and was adequate for my doberman. There plenty of areas for your dog to sniff and explore. It’s truly a pups paradise The pond and woods were amazing even in the chilly Feb winter! Lots of toys and water . The host was very quick to get back to me , and very sweet. It was well worth the drive and me and my boy Zeus will definitely be back!!!
