This place is petfect to let your dog roam around off leash. Safe and efficient. Communication was more than fantastic. They have poop bags on hand. My dog is usually a runner and i fealt safe just letting her be a dog and roam freely. There is shelter incase of rain. Over all great.

What a wonderful host! Even had a coffee ready for me when I got there! Host was so respectful and understanding upon arrival with our reactive dog so we were able to enjoy a comfortable visit for our pup to run off some steam. Fresh water available, a nice place to sit in the shade and a large lot made us all happy. We'll be back :)

A wonderful space! Buddy had a great time at his first SniffSpot. Very well maintained, lots of very helpful signs and a great variety of scenery/terrain to explore. Our host was very friendly and helpful, offered us bug spray and let us use his hose to rinse Buddy off after playing in the pond. A word of advice: bring bug spray, or accept the generous offer from your host. The bugs were relentless but to be expected based on location.

A little piece of heaven! Our family, including teen daughter, enjoyed this very special Sniffspot with our 5-month-old puppy Wilbur. It’s like a peaceful nature conservation area with well-kept woodland trail, wetlands, sandhills, ponds to explore and sniff. We heard and saw many birds and wild waterfowl. And thank-you Vitaliy for your warm greeting and care upon arrival and exit. Dog paradise indeed!

Vitaliy has thought of everything! There is lots of signage and every different type of environment a dog could want. There’s a pond with chairs and an umbrella, sandhills that are great for digging, hiking trails and an open play area.

Wow wow wow wow! What an incredible spot and totally worth the drive from Toronto! Both dogs and humans alike had a wonderful time wandering through the clearly marked trails. Our two dogs loved the Sand Hills and of course just being free in nature! We spent almost two hours here which is really what you need to take advantage of what the property has to offer without feeling rushed. Vitaliy is a great communicator and ensured we had the information we needed to make our visit amazing. Thank you!

Incredible find! This was my first Sniffspot booking, and I’m blown away. The property is very well maintained and peaceful. I had a great time and so did my dogs. The property has so much - from swimming to a sand hill, to a woody area for them to run. The property owner is super nice, and you can tell he puts a lot of heart into his place. Right from the moment of our arrival Vitaliy was so welcoming. The property was wonderful. We have a very large dog -- I have never seen her so happy to be able to run through forest, up sand hills and splash in the pond. Her humans had a great time as well! And will be returning soon!
