Finger Lakes Dog Park is a privately reservable, fully-fenced, half acre canine recreation area. We enthusiastically welcome ALL dogs, but the private nature of the park is especially beneficial for reactive or shy dogs, traveling dogs, handicapped dogs, puppies, or seniors. We are the first and only dog park in Schuyler County, located in the heart of the Finger Lakes Region. The area is known for its rolling farmland, many vineyards, beautiful lakes, and plentiful waterfalls and gorges. Numerous state parks offer many camping opportunities. And the county is also home to the only national forest in the state. So whether you are a local resident-or a visitor to our little piece of heaven-be sure to bring your special friend(s) for an enjoyable outing in the country. We are open every day (including all holidays) from 8am to 8pm. The park is not lighted (yet) so reserve your spot accordingly during the winter. Happy romping!

"Hannibal's Haven" - Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Geneva

This fully fenced and private backyard was the reason I bought this house; it was turned into a safe pup' playground for my blind husky Hannibal (available to join if a friendly dog wants a playmate) and is sure to give your dog the freedom to run and play to their hearts extent. An additional fenced in staging area entrance helps to ensure no sneaky escape artists get loose when entering "Hannibal's Haven". Your private park has full shade and is also illuminated for evenings if needed. Toys and water hose (excluding winter) are provided for the dogs, ample seating and a hammock are available for those with only 2 legs should you need to kick back and relax. Your private dog park awaits!!!

Fun in Freeville - 5.5 Acre Trail

Welcome to Fun in Freeville: Trail Edition! A short trail for your dog that likes to explore the woods. There is a fire pit about 100 yards in with seating and some natural doggy obstacles for those interested in agility and parkour exercises. We currently have one open trail that runs the length of our 5.5 acre property and back, and we hope to add more this spring. Our favorite times to walk this trail are in the fall and winter. It can get pretty wet during certain times of the year. I would definitely wear tall waterproof footwear in the spring and summer and use bug spray. There's a large fire pit with benches and a picnic table that you're welcome to use. We are doing our best to maintain and further develop the trail but please be aware that there is uneven ground throughout and watch your step. As you walk through, you will encounter different types of forest and trees. It's always fun to bring binoculars if you're into birding. You might get lucky and see our resident barred owls! Great spot with lots of good sniffs for our hounds. Water, toys and cleanup supplies readily available. A little muddy in a couple spots, which is to be expected in November! Will definitely be visiting again.

My dogs had a blast! Big dirt mounds and hay bails for them to climb and jump on. More than ample space for zoomies. Had to push my appointment by 1/2 hr. ahead and they communicated quickly and had no problem as there was no bookings behind us. Water jug was frozen (not much you can do about that), hope they don't mind I used what appeared to be 'human' water bottles for pups.

Great space for our pups to run around and play! They loved the kiddie pool to cool down on a hot 90 degree day. However, no shade for the humans. Drinking water for the dogs + water bowl, toys, and clean towels provided.
