Please do not allow your dogs to bark, growl or charge the horses (even though they are behind fences). All the horses are calm and easy around dogs, which we need it to stay that way. We have a fully fenced area roughly 10 acres with mowed paths for walking. You are welcome to walk thru the field if desired. There are random balls and toys in the field for use, water is available and if we are home during your visit should the restroom be needed we will honor use of that. You are welcome to bring agility or equipment and toys each visit if desired or practice nosework. We are also open to hosting groups, such as agility, nosework or trainers who need a large outdoor space that is fully fenced. Off street parking and can accommodate large vehicles. Small dogs are welcome, do note the fencing is graduated so depending on size of dog, some real tiny ones who are escape artists may not be the best fit. This property was very quiet and serene. There was a tub full of toys my dog had never seen before and he loved rooting around in there finding different things. The two horses provided much entertainment; they are beautifully mannered and were very calm when sniffing my puppy. I will definitely be going back. This was the perfect spot! Our 4 dogs, of all ages and sizes, loved the sights and smells and freedom that Jennifer’s space offered. It was so peaceful-there were big trees, it was on a quiet road, we could hear birds chirping. Our hour went by so quickly! Amazing spot for my big, busy brained boy! So much to sniff, see, and explore--from farm animals to dog toys--plus enrichment features including a sand box, pup pools, tractor tire, etc. My dog was in absolute heaven, and I was pretty darn happy, too! There are multiple cozy, comfortable areas for humans to relax in the shade and enjoy watching their fur-kids have a blast. I especially appreciated being able to see the entire space from wherever I was so I could monitor from a distance instead of piloting the dog-mom helicopter. And Jennifer the host? She truly has a knack for providing B&B level hospitality. The amenities were over the top; absolutely nothing was overlooked and the personal touches made us feel both welcome and appreciated.
