We are excited to open our space to the community. Our home is surrounded by a 6ft aluminum fencing with bottom dog panels for no escapees. There is a covered patio, dog toys, 2 water hoses, and turf. Additional charges: 2 Dog pool, Dog parties, fire pit access and Hammock. We are always adding new toys and taking ideas. Welcome to our woods which run along the Skippack Creek. Come enjoy a hike through our trails with your buddy. Your pet will have plenty of sniffing to enjoy. We share the land with native vegetation and wildlife. We have almost half a mile of trails to hike through and enjoy through the different seasons. Please be weather wise. Georgia the beagle would love to share her yard when she isn't using it. She says it's great for zoomies and fetch. She loves running around all the open grassy space and hiding behind the trees and bushes. For the 2-legged crew there is a table and chairs on the lawn. Except in the winter there is an umbrella on the deck that can shade the table and chairs. The yard and deck are wheelchair accessible from the driveway which has ample parking around back. There is a hose by the driveway to fill water bowls, except in the winter.

This SniffSpot is 0.5 acres fully fenced with two gate access points to the back yard. Once in the backyard pup pad, your dog/s can play and romp until their heart’s content! I volunteer for a rescue and often bring dogs home for pup playdates to get them some sun and exercise and socialization, and all of the dogs have thoroughly enjoyed the yard; we hope you enjoy the space and find it peaceful and welcoming…visit for an ulti-mutt good time!❤️🐾☀️

Take Two Acres is a private, fenced two acre property that borders a working horse farm. It is a tranquil, open setting, surrounded by trees with lots of sun and shade for your fur baby's enjoyment. Many amenities are offered for you and your pups enjoyment of our space including toys, water hose and bowls, poo bags, and a large fire pit. We have two dogs of our own and do our best to pick up after them. Please understand it is a large property and they go out alone at night. We also have alot of deer traffic and other furry critters that we share our "piece of earth" with. Again, we do our best, but there are no guarantees you will not come across them (critters) or a land mine or two visiting out piece of earth.
