Welcome to our beautiful homestead! Our 7.5-acre property offers a serene setting with ample space for exploration, wildlife, wooded areas, a small creek that meanders along the property line, a pond, and a variety of farm animals. The front of our property features a partially fenced pond, where our dogs love to splash around on warm summer days. Additionally, we provide several kiddie pools, affectionately referred to as “puppy pools,” in various sizes to accommodate dogs of all breeds. Behind our animal pen, you’ll find a charming pasture ideal for playing fetch, obedience training, or simply enjoying the outdoors. We also have a small outdoor playhouse perfect for dogs that starting begin working on confidence-building exercises and training activities, such as teaching “place” and “stay.” Near the play area, there is a large bench and picnic table beneath shaded trees, offering a perfect spot to relax, enjoy a snack, or take a break from the day’s activities. Welcome to my little patch of doggie heaven. Available is a large area, unfenced and exposes your pups to a kept yard, wild grasses, and wooded area to buffer the street beyond. There is also a very short path that can be traversed. A smaller area is also partially fenced if needed, although the integrity of the fencing in the wooded area can not be guaranteed. Pet parents are welcome to enjoy the hammock & chairs responsibly. Please clean up after yourselves and pets. There are 3 cats on the property that stay on the porch. If that's an issue, they can be placed inside, given enough time.

Plenty of space to walk or run for your dogs to exert their energy. The property is not fenced in, however there are tree lines around the perimeter that keep you within property limits. Will add features over time based on customer experience.

We are on three beautiful acres of land. There is a sitting area while your fur babies play. Water hose, pool and electricity for your use. You will get a secret code to gain access to the restroom inside. Take a load off and allow your fur babies to run and play for a few hours a day.

Land located directly on the Waccamaw River in Longs, SC! Paved Boat ramp for easy access to water for the puppies! Water outside with hose for bathing, Wi-Fi, swing bed, hammocks, ladder golf, fire pit, chairs, and a beautiful view!

Kindly read this entire description! Welcome to our home! We live in rural Sampson County and would love to offer a spot for locals and travelers to come run and play with their pup! We have a pup who is dog reactive and understand the importance of being able to stop and know that we have a quiet spot to stretch and walk that is not a traditional, public dog park! This is our private, working residence so please keep that in mind. We are very flexible on amenities and if you need something, just ask. There are chickens on the property but they will be left in their coop if a booking is made. Please ensure your dog has good recall and that they do not terrorize the birds in their coop. We also have a resident barn cat that does not like dogs and he will defend himself so please make sure your pup gives him some distance. We have a large field surrounded by wooded area that your pup is free to roam and play off leash if they have good recall. If they do not have good recall please keep them on a leash. If you would like to set up agility equipment - be our guest! In the summer the field does have patches of wildflowers that can get several feet high. We do not spray or apply any chemicals to them. There may also be a large brush pile present as we are actively clearing invasive plant species but we will not be burning while you are here! We have a resident dog that is very old and not dog friendly so we will ensure he is safely in the house, however I cannot guarantee that a stray dog won’t pass through. That doesn’t happen often and you will likely have plenty of time to recall and get your pup, but this is the country and there are folks that allow their dogs to roam. We have a senior dog that we must protect his health and outside animals we must respect as well so if your dog appears ill or is menacing we reserve the right to kindly ask you to leave - thank you for understanding. Please DO NOT allow your dogs to go into the front of our property. Kindly keep them in the field behind our home and garage. There is a covered shed area you may use to get out of the sun but please be advised there is equipment and sharp stuff under there so use at your own risk! Remember this is the country so there may be snakes, rabbits, ticks, ants, and other types of wildlife. Please dress and prepare accordingly ☺️. Thanks

Our yard is unfenced and 1 acre. I can provide you with long lines for use while here if your dog is not recall trained. There is a large shade area as well as open field that's full sun.
