Please note, I do have neighbors with country dogs that are vocal from time to time, and I may have a dog inside the house.

Also there is a tap near the gate that you can fill your dogs bowl incase your dog/dogs get thirsty. We have provided a tote full of toys and balls that your dog/dogs can play with. Plus the backyard has lots of different things that will be exciting for your dog/dogs to experience. There is an extra that you can select when booking your time slot called treats and if you select that extra then we will hide treats for your arrival! Lots of street parking near our house and the bag hanging on our tree is for any poop bags you may have. If you have any questions please let us know!

**IMPORTANT** Your booking includes either Area 2 or Area 3 (depending on the size of your dog and which you prefer) If you want to use Area 1, 5 or 6 (our pool areas), please select the relevant extra. Then your booking switch from Area 2/3 to Area 1, 5 or 6. If you want to book Area 1 or 2 in addition to the extra, please create a new booking without any extra. We have Multiple areas available for rent (privately between you and your friends) ranging in square footage. Area 1 (5,460 sq ft) is a Dock Diving pool area, great for dogs who are confident swimmers and divers. Area 2 (3,150 sq ft) is great for small dogs and hosts some agility equipment. Area 3 (11,913 sq ft) is great for medium and large dogs. Area 5 is our inground pool which is heated and great for dogs and humans. Area 6 is our freshwater filtered splash pond, great for dogs to learn how to swim. Lastly we have a members only dog park (33,706 sq ft). You and your dog have to pass a recall/body language test to make sure everyone is safe, combined with security cameras our dog park really takes it to a new level of fun and safety. Area 1 - $30/half hour & $45 for 1 hour Area 2 & Area 3 - $10/half hour & $15 for 1 hour. Area 5 - $25/half hour & $40 for 1 hour Area 6 - $20/half hour & $33 for 1 hour. Because it’s an American based company, all guests will be charged in USD. The property is very long and narrow, with a small hill at the very back. It’s a great spot for playing fetch, or if your pooch has the zoomies. My neighbour has trees along the North side of the fence, creating a lot of shade for your furbabies. Theres a picnic table available for you to use, and also a small bistro set off to the side by the gate that you’re welcomed to sit at too. Help yourself to the dog toys that are available in the purple bin, as well as the pile of sticks for fetch. I’ve recently added a tennis ball pool (you could also toss kibble in there), and some agility equipment - an all seasons commercial fibreglass tunnel, and a big wooden spool with a wooden bench to walk along. Feel free to bring some kibble to toss in the new pool noodle pool! It’s a great enrichment activity for dog(s)- trying to search for the kibble through the pool noodle pieces. There’s also drinking water for your dog(s), and a small garbage bin provided for any waste. We have Silkie chickens that stay in their fenced in area on the South side of the property. If you feel the chickens would be too distracting for your dog(s), please let me know and I can try and get them into the coop during your stay. Free wifi available ~ the password will be given when you book your visit. My goal is to have my setup better and better each time you come, so I welcome your feedback and suggestions! EXTRAS AVAILABLE • Dog pool (6’ diameter) • Dog bathing station with shampoo and towel provided • Swing-set, basketball net, and trampoline (for children only) • Waste management - we will pick up after your dog once you leave. • pig ear to chew on for the ride home.
