A beautiful, and quite a large, yard! My dogs had a lot of fun exploring all the different parts (such a variety of experiences for them). There are little gardens, sitting areas, water bowls and toys out, the tennis court (which the dogs loved) and a lot of little nooks and crannies for them to sniff and explore. :) (During off-season - just watch out for the pool cover; be sure to keep your dog controlled around that area so they don't walk on top of the cover. :))

Beautiful, large backyard to explore - fully fenced! There are 3 sections to the property: a grass yard space, a pool (covered), and sports court in the back. The space was quiet and private (barely any view of the neighbours) which was a huge bonus because my dog likes to snoop and bark and passersby!. My only feedback would be the couple spots of old dog poop we found, but to be fair, we booked with Alice within 2hours of our allotted time (super last minute) which probably didn’t allow for a thorough yard sweep considering its size. Other than those spots it was very clean and felt like a little getaway from the city for both myself and my pup! We booked for 1.5hours, which was enough to put my high energy dog out of commission for the rest of the day! Alice provided water and a bucket filled with dog toys which was a really nice touch. There are also plenty of seating area options (e.g. by the pool, near the fire pit, beside the court) which makes for a very comfortable stay if you plan on booking a longer session. Parking is free, access is easy, and Alice was very responsive to all our questions and easy to communicate with. Would DEFINITELY be back again and HIGHLY recommend!!

If your dog is reactive to other dogs, you can visit one of our off-leash areas where there are no dogs audible or visible near the space. Make sure to review the amenities of the spot to check features you want for your activity, such as fresh water, trail features such as soft trails or walking trails, or even water fountains. If you prefer wood chips, many of our parks have wood chips or indoor space if you prefer a beautiful park building.

We require that all dogs have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. We do not permit use by pregnant dogs and we do not permit dogs with a bite history. We require that guests sign our waiver and agree to follow our safety rules, such as staying within the designated off-leash areas. Each park location also has their own set of rules that guests need to follow, such as limiting excessive barking.

Sniffspot only allows one booking at a time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the spot during visits. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between bookings.
