Close in town, but yet country setting on dead end road, 15 acres total, dog park is at front entrance on left. We started a smaller one several years ago, but then decided to wait and build a 6ft fence dog park in front and just finished it Sept 21, 2024! Still adding amenities! Will be open 24 hours after lighting is installed, hopefully soon! I only have 1 neighbor w 2 dogs about 1 acre away which they are not out for long, tjere is also a small cabinet shop up front which can be loud sometimes or you may see a person or two. There is a train track but no horn, 2 acre park is at front of my 15 acres. I am here 98 percent of the time, I have a horse, 2 donkeys, 3 cats and 2 dogs. My dogs are kept in the house while park is in use, and you may hear them barking, doing their job. Cats are free roaming but usually stay behind house in barn area or on my back porch. We welcome suggestions as well, as everyone may want different things. Occasionally you will see Deer, Owls, Hawks, Buzzards and my horses and donkeys can sometimes be seen but are several acres away. We have several dumpsters that get rented out and you may see them go up and down the driveway when rented. There are some potholes because of this so be careful when coming in. There may also be fire ant hills when it rains along with a large puddle in one corner if it rains alot. I think that covers it!

Such a great spot! Our two big dogs loved it! The space was perfect and the little dog pool was an extra bonus. There are so small gaps in the fence if you have a little dog but they weren’t big enough for our bigger dogs. Highly recommend!

this was our first sniffspot experience & we loved it! will definitely be back again! the yard is huge & very secure (even for my chi mix). mine werent even worried about escaping because they were having so much fun running around. there is a boxer next door that my reactive dog noticed but u can barely see him between the tiny gaps in the fence & he didnt bark or bother us at all so my dog lost interest pretty fast (thankfully). the kiddy pool was great for them to cool down in & there were balls & poop bags provided as well! they did have a burn pit going while we were there & my dogs were curious about it but left it alone. if ur dog is stupid around fire thats something to be aware of, but it was a very small & contained fire! we ended up leaving a lil before our time was up because the dogs had worn themselves out! we cant wait to come back!

After a 4 hour drive from Austin to Fort Worth with our 3 dogs we decided to give this a shot and I’m glad we did! We had a hassle free experience using this spot. With clear instructions we arrived and let the dogs out. Literally. They sniffed around, played ball, and got to go. It was perfect for both my older girl and my daughter’s younger Pitt mix The dogs liked the space, lots of new things to smell and plenty of room for zoomies! They explored and then got into the wading pool to cool off.. The dogs found the drinking water easily. There was bug spray, a table and chairs, trash can and plenty of shade. The place was easy to find although e we did have a little trouble figuring out the gate as it looked like it was paddocked, but Luis came to help. He was super friendly. I’ll definitely go back.

Very secure area and a giant yard that’s about half shaded - our dogs loved it! There’s a burn pit that our dogs didn’t even come close to so that wasn’t a problem.
