We have an active train that can run nearby twice a day. Most dogs don't mind, but if yours does, be mindful that it can show up (: Two people per dog please! 1700s Historic Home with 10 acres. The North East river borders one side to run and play, and the railroad line runs along the other side but is fenced. Rabbits, groundhogs, and squirrels are plentiful! Field mowed area in some spots, so not all lawn cut grass at this time. It is mowed regularly but may be of varying heights throughout the summer. Woods are available to walk through; however, no trails are available yet (coming soon!). Privacy in the backyard, may see occasional joggers or fishermen on the street out front. Circular driveway is good for laps. The fenced portion of the yard is only for advance approved usage by very young or small dogs. Please keep dogs off of front porch; Gazebo is available for shade or inclement weather. Sniffspot tote is located under the gazebo in a teal tote. Please leave dirty bowls and towels outside of bin for cleaning.

Located on a small private horse farm, we offer a safe and fun place to come play with agility equipment, run around, and just have fun. We do not offer lessons or agility training, and all equipment is for entertainment and playing. While some pieces are "competition quality" they are NOT intended to be representative of a true agility school's professional obstacles. Please know your dog's limitations and be smart and safe when using the equipment. The yard is fairly well lighted so that use in the short days of winter is possible. When booking during the dark, lights will be turned on for use. There is seating and a toy box that you can feel free to use. There are security cameras mounted near the back door as well as several outdoor security cameras on various outbuildings. Booking this spot means consent to monitoring. The deck is considered a private area and not open for use at this time.

Come visit this private, fully gated yard in the city. A cement walkway to the right of the house brings you to the 3ft high gate featuring two entrances. Within there is a patio with table and chairs, grassy area for your fur baby, and pole incase your pup requires a tether. For patrons booking 2hrs or more, feel free to use the grill provided you clean and empty it prior to the end of your stay. There are no neighboring dogs to worry about. The neighbors are friendly and may even ask if they can give your dog a treat.

Our lawn is manicured in the front & built for exploration in the back with a natural landscape to include puppy-made holes (made with love by our husky), divots, & uneven ground for exploring with your pups! 🌲🐶🌲 There is a fenced outer ring encircling the entire property & a fenced inner ring for a more controlled smaller area: BOTH included for your puppy-exploring pleasure! 🌳🐶🌳 We have a very large deck with seating & umbrellas (summer/fall months), including puppy toys & fresh water. If your looking for a place your dog can run freely and safely, this is the spot for you. We have dog toys, water bowls, a hose, and a doggy pool (weather permitting) that can be enjoyed on hot summer days. For our human friends, comfy chairs, a fire pit (upon request), and a large umbrella are available for your enjoyment. Private entrance in/out of yard. Of note: there are two pest control boxes around the perimeter of our yard. They are completely pet safe, as we have two dogs of our own. Please reach out if you have any concerns!

Property is old farmland. The back fence is 6 foot horse fence and the front is 4 foot horse fence. There is a man door at the back of the property to use. Park on the grass on the outside of the fence.

Fully enclosed backyard with shade around the sides from the trees. There are some small gaps so the smallest of pup owners may want to be wary. You are welcome to park in my driveway or on the street in front of the home. Please stay off the deck. There is a patio on the ground where beach chairs are available for people to sit. Water is also available from the garden hose under the deck to wash your pup or to give them a drink. Place your trash in the trash can under the deck stairs prior to leaving.
