Welcome to explore the and the pasture and walk the property away from the homes as we have dogs uo by the main house and the rental property everything else is available to explore the property is fully fenced in would enter the main gate and park down by the well house right as you enter the property will update once I have the other entrance made and do a drive way for the dog park entrance.. do have some toys and some snacks for your pupps and dog bags by the well house... not responsible for injuries while on property just a heads up so be careful walking around as it is a ranch with hills and pond... please stay safe and careful enjoy your stay let us know how we can improve your experience thanks again.

Time for rain boots! Stream goes through the middle of the spot and it gets muddy so wear your rain boots! Wide open pasture, fully fenced in. There's only one spot with irrigation so it gets dry, crackling, and some parts down to dirt in the summer. We do have an area that is grass for the dogs to roll around in. In the winter there can be a stream of water going through the middle of the pasture after rain. We have a Big water dish for dogs. Small pool for dogs to play in. Have toys and treats for the pups. Have friends with dogs?! Bring them all and come make a day of it! Feel free to bring a bbq, stereo, or games. Plenty of room for both the pups and the people to hang out and have a good time! We now have a porta potty for guests!! There are sheep in adjacent pasture certain times of the year but there is a 50+ foot buffer zone fenced off to keep sheep away from the fence.

Property is at the end of a mile long chip and seal driveway. Pasture is enclosed by vineyards. There are also other areas around the property to walk and explore. Please confirm gate code receipt after booking.

The perfect stop for both you and your four legged friend, just off of Highway 80, coming or going to North Lake Tahoe. The Sierra College exit offers all the amenities travelers would need! Walmart, target, Trader Joe’s, Costco, EV charging stations along with many dining options, including California’s famous In-N-Out Burger! A short drive from the shopping Mecca you will find our property as a respite for you and your four legged friends on our 8 acres of unfenced open land, including lots of beautiful oak trees and an open water canal to hike by. Our mini-dachshund Cork is living his best life up here on Boulder Ridge.

There is an indoor bathroom and sitting area provided for human. Dogs need to be fully vaccinated and supervised by their owners.

We've provided great yard with plenty of shade for play dates . We can also accommodate Day care and overnight boarding. I have a lot of experience with small and large breed dogs.

We live on a quarter acre, our back neighbors have horse property. Our yard is wide open and ready to be enjoyed. We have 1 dog that will be outta sight during your visit, though she is very loving and friendly.
