Time for rain boots! Stream goes through the middle of the spot and it gets muddy so wear your rain boots! Wide open pasture, fully fenced in. There's only one spot with irrigation so it gets dry, crackling, and some parts down to dirt in the summer. We do have an area that is grass for the dogs to roll around in. In the winter there can be a stream of water going through the middle of the pasture after rain. We have a Big water dish for dogs. Small pool for dogs to play in. Have toys and treats for the pups. Have friends with dogs?! Bring them all and come make a day of it! Feel free to bring a bbq, stereo, or games. Plenty of room for both the pups and the people to hang out and have a good time! We now have a porta potty for guests!! There are sheep in adjacent pasture certain times of the year but there is a 50+ foot buffer zone fenced off to keep sheep away from the fence.

The entire property is 10 acres that has a quiet, country feel- limited road noise, a few neighbors and plenty of privacy. The dog play area is a 70’x120’ sand arena that is 5’ tall and fully fenced in. There is a basket of assorted dog toys for you to use as well and a water trough for your doggy friends to jump in.

No public access is granted there. Additionally during rattlesnake season it is always good to be aware of your surroundings no matter where you go, however we have not encountered any snakes on our property to this date. Summer home, some ain't. Get it? Well, your dog gets my jokes. I have no dog of my own now but for an hour it will be nice. Dogs love to run up that rock wall and be 12 feet above you and patrol the fence. Birds will taunt them from the sky in that never-ending war and dogs are going to beg forgiveness rather than ask permission to jump in the pool but that is to be expected. The front is not fenced in but there is a lead adjusted to a few feet before the sidewalk.

I live in a tiny home on the property but am gone a lot for work. Would be nice if others could use the land while I’m not there. I love bringing foster dogs to the property to run around and hang out for a bit. There is a chain link fence and one of my neighbors has a sweet outdoor dog that enjoys company so just FYI.

Lovely manicured lawn, fully fenced, lots of running and playing room, dogs, who like to dig are allowed and there’s a great pool for swimming in in the summertime. I will provide fresh filtered water, dog, bowls, some toys and a cooler of waters for Dog parents . tables with chairs, a bench and more amenities to come.
