1/27 As the ground thaws this site will have some muddy spots. Have you ever wanted to run your dog on three football sized flat fields? This is your chance. Located behind UPM Raflatac in the cane creek industrial park this huge spot is the third one we have built. It’s perfect for all ages of dogs and their humans because of the terrain! If you are up for an adventure, we have cut in a small trail to access Cane Creek. It is part of the same property but is NOT fenced in any way. If your pup enjoys off or on leash hikes, then feel free. The trail is outside the fenceing look for the silver gate across from the Gazbo. It is an out and back path with two small hills about a 3-5min walk in the woods. A picnic table, gazebo with swing, and hammock are located here for lots of seating and shelter. Some toys are provided. I think a Remote Control car or a drone, a mountain bike might be really fun to bring or even a Remote Control plane. This spot is actually part of the old Fletcher airport. All I want in life is to help people to have balanced dogs in their lives! Enjoy!

We've removed a couple of tiny houses but otherwise it is as as depicted in the video. With slight changes based on season. We have 9.5 acres of pristine mountain glory We have a large unfenced Field, Shallow Creek with some small waterfalls, a spring that feeds a tiny pond, a large cleared Homesite that's away from the road moderate to difficult trails and beautiful views. The trails are moderate until you come to the areas that we had landslides, at which point, you can turn around or enjoy the difficulty it presents. Sometimes I or other guests may be on property. If you don't want any other dogs present while you're here, please confirm by text ahead of your reservation time. Thanks so much! We look forward to sharing our sweet space with you. This sniff spot is great to let your pups run free while still enclosed safely. Our dogs loved the open field, toys/shaded area that were provided, and the creek right outside of the fenced zone. Would recommend and are going back tomorrow!

What a wonderful new sniff spot!! It checked every box for a Labrador’s dream outing - a huge field, a wooded trail, and the best swimming spot! We spent half our time tossing the ball into the creek and the other half running around the big field. It’s securely fenced, super private, and the gazebo is a nice touch for shade. We will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed our visit to this Sniff Spot. It’s tucked away behind a warehouse but clearly marked with great signage and directions. It’s a nicely maintained huge field, fully fenced, with nice amenities. Enjoyed the gazebo with the swing. Found toys around and it seemed very clean. There was even sunscreen & bug repellent available for use. I always take my own water & bowl, so didn’t look for water. I think I saw a water bottle on the table in the gazebo. We will return soon. Huge open field, very nice little pavilion for shade. Worked well for exercising the dog with a mtn bike. The short walk to the creek was pretty and once there it was sandy & shallow, nice for walking through. Bring a towel to wipe down your dog's paws if you don't want mud/sand in the car.

Really enjoyed this spot. Extremely private and well-maintained. If your dog is heat sensitive, consider morning or evening times, as the field is mostly unshaded. Location means no visual distractions for your dogs, which was great. Only real noise was from someone nearby shooting in what sounded like target practice. It was a little unsettling and made me a little nervous, but after a bit it seemed like just one person and not a range, and the buildings were amplifying the sound. Otherwise, perfect.

First-time visit, but not our last! What a great spot for our three dogs to play off-leash without fear of aggressive dogs, as sometimes happens at a traditional dog park. This is a really nice, large area. The gazebo in the middle is comfortable and a perfect place to escape the sun/rain or just relax while the dogs romp. The property is kept mowed. Insects were not a problem while I was there. The only concern I had was, as a single female with a small dog, I felt a little vulnerable. This space is in an industrial area and bordered by a woods. Had I brought my German Shepard instead of my little guy, I wouldn't have had a concern. It is a really nice property.
