Also please DO NOT PARK IN THR DRIVEWAY. There is plenty of space to park alongside our front yard. **Important: if your dog does go swimming and you decide to take the pool hose out PLEASE RETURN IT BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Feel free to contact us for more information about irrigation and timing. We do not control irrigation days, and we do our best to block the calendar based on historical irrigation timing. Sollie's Place: Private Parking! Pool, Agility, & Digging!

We bought this yard specifically for our reactive dog (Sollie). He absolutely loved it and really flourished here. He’s passed away now, so we want to share our yard with more doggies! No pool right now but you’re welcome to use the little kiddie pool! Do agility, dig some holes, and just generally create chaos. Agility equipment is the portable type, so it’s just jumps, hoops, and tunnel. We don’t have seesaw or table obstacles. Photos show it set up in the smallest section of the yard to leave the bigger areas for fetch, but you can easily move it around. There are 3 main sections to the yard, plus patio. A couple photos include Sollie, who was about 90 pounds, so you can see the scale of the yard. We have lots of amenities included to make your visit stress-free, plus a few items for purchase as Extras. Hope to "see" you soon! (You won't see us at all. :) ) FENCING: The interior divider fence was destroyed when a tree fell in a storm. We're still dealing with insurance. Please don't worry about dirt in the pool; we'll turn the vacuum on when you leave. :) Those old fence panels are now being used to block off an Oleander bush while we remove it. Oleander is very common in Arizona, but it's toxic so we've chosen to remove it. Very small dogs may be able to fit through this interior fence. The main fence is still secure, and small dog approved! VACCINATIONS: Please double check that your doggie is up to date! 🐶💕 The parvovirus vaccine in particular is super important. The virus can survive in the soil for a year, which would not be fun!

Dog Park Rules Enter at your own risk. Dog owners are liable for any injuries or damage. Dogs may run \"off leash\" only in fenced areas. They must be leashed prior to entering and upon leaving the fenced area. Gates must be kept closed at all times. Limit three dogs per visit. Dogs must be licensed, vaccinated and wear a visible tag. Puppies using the park must be older than 4 months. Female dogs in heat are not allowed. An adult must accompany youth under the age of 12. Dog owners must be in attendance with his/her dog and carry a leash at all times. Dogs must be under voice control and monitored by owners. Owners must clean up after their dogs. Dogs showing aggressive behavior must be removed from the area immediately. Dog treats and food are not allowed in the fenced area. No smoking allowed within the fenced area. Abide by Town park rules and regulations. Alcohol is not permitted. All dog owners who fail to comply with the above rules may be asked to leave, or be cited if appropriate. Help us keep the Off-Leash Area safe and clean! Dog Park Rules: Enter at your own risk. Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Keep small children and infants under strict supervision. You are required by law to pick up your pet waste and to properly dispose of it. – City Code 27-48A. Aggressive dogs are not allowed. Remove dogs at the first sign of aggression. Owners are liable for any injuries or damage. All dogs must be licensed and vaccinated and must wear their identification and permit tags. Dog owner must be in attendance with your dog at all times, and carry a visible leash. Limit 3 dogs per visit. Dog owners must be able to maintain control of their dogs.
