This yard is 100% separate from my personal back yard and truly gives you the private dog park feel! You don’t even have to go behind my house to gain access. If you have a dog(s) who would love a large open area to play fetch and have the zoomies this is the perfect play spot. •We have a picnic table for seating and umbrella for use. •A water hose and kiddie pool for dogs to cool off and play in. •Provided a large Stainless Steel water bowl •Black outdoor box stocked with dog toys, treats and other items for use. •This yard can be lit up with a spot light when daylight savings ends and it gets darker earlier. Plus a street light directly in front of my house. My neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. You may see people walking the neighborhood with other dogs or children from my yard.

I have the backyard for your dog to run in the grass or the wooded area we’re they can dig a bit, sniff around and do ALL the dog things. Shelter available if rain comes in. Dog toys in back yard, poop bags, pooped scooper, garbage cans on the way back to your car. I even have a playmate if you want some socialize for your dog, just message me for scheduling.🐶

If your dog is sick please leave out of respect of my dog leave them at home. Dogs that are destructive. Please watch them I don’t need to come home and find holes in my yard or areas chewed out of my house and keep your dogs out of my small gardens. Just close the gate when you leave

We have an acre of land half of it has a privacy fence where dogs can play around as much as they need, we have a table outdoor seating a hammock and toys for your pups also have a trampoline and a playground that can be used as well there is a hose on the side of the house if you need to refill bowl of water. Am super excited to have others enjoy our yard!

Your dog is welcome to run off leash, dig in the mulch, and romp without worry! We also have several add an extras so you can customize the experience based on your preferences. Our location is secure. We have a .11 acre yard surrounded by a 6ft fence. You'll never need to worry about your furry friend pulling a Houdini act. We have 4 wood chairs available for you to lounge in during the visit. *Please let me know if you'll have any additional guess and I'll make sure all the chairs have cushions. We plan to start a dog edible garden this spring! So check back soon. We know you and your dog will love our spot and look forward to having you visit. *My neighbor (on the corner) has a new puppy. Hidden River Farm is a 40 plus acre paradise for humans and dogs. We opened our organic orchard 6 years ago and it operates annually from June to October. So we have decided to try to open it up for use year around if possible. We welcome folks to bring their dogs out to run, retrieve, train or just play for awhile to get the energy out. There is an abundance of land. We offer a picnic area with table and chairs. Both tables offer umbrellas for shade if needed. We have water spigots so that the dogs can have clean drinking water. We also are breeders of Champion Labrador Retrievers. We have chickens, ducks, donkeys, horse and more. We are a working farm that believes sharing is a great thing these days.

3.3 acres, fully-fenced, mostly wooded property. There are walking trails throughout and a little stream that goes from about 3 inches deep to 3 feet deep. There are two bridges that cross the stream. Very serene walk in the woods to enjoy nature with your pup or pups. Perfect spot for running, playing, sniffing, digging and exploring! This is a natural, wild backyard so you can expect natural plants and wildlife -plenty of things to investigate and sniff! Reminder that this is a property within a wooded area so encounters with natural wildlife and insects could occur. A few times I saw a coyote off in the woods in the early morning and or late evening. Once you book, you and your dog(s) will be the only ones there during your time. The “spot” becomes unavailable for everyone when you reserve it. Only one person “rents” the space at a time! Sniffspot automatically builds in a 30 min buffer between sessions as well so there is no chance of overlap. This property borders a wooded area on one side and a few houses with backyards on the other. It is fully wooded with much natural cover as a buffer between the neighbors. The property is 330+ yards long and 50 yards wide - plenty enough space for full zoomies!

Our little slice of heaven is certified a National Wildlife Refuge. We have a large variety of birds and pollinators. We have a walking/bike riding trail, dog sensory gardens, an orchard to pick fruit from when in season, splash pools, agility equipment, horses next door to get to know, meadows to play in and sometimes there are foster puppies to meet. We have lots of spaces for humans to enjoy too; ie firepit ara with lots of seating, a couple picnic tables and various other seating for conversation and gathering.
