Welcome to “Pep’s place”, Santa Rosa’s premier Sniffspot location. Located in the heart of Santa Rosa “Peps place” offers more than 1.25 acres of fully fenced dog Paradise. Dedicated to our late great German Shepherd Pepper, this was her favorite spot to chase a ball. Perfect for off-leash training. Large oaks line the East fence and a winter swale will have water after it rains. Beautiful sunsets to the West over the vineyards, Mt. Jackson and the Coastal Range. Neighboring properties have horses, sheep, cows, and dogs. Please discourage your pup digging around the pavilion and trees. Parking is at the top of the property. I have 3.66 acres completely fenced, with multiple different areas that have table/chairs and off the ground dog beds. It is 1/3 mile to walk around the perimeter with animal trails around most of the borders. There are two water faucets in the entry way with a hose and two children’s swimming pools, dog toys and treats, and a dog waste station. Lots of photo ops with garden art, birdbaths and yard flags. Amazing views of the mountains, Clear Lake and Mt. Konocti around the property, especially on the hill. The pond in the property north of mine has an Osprey nest and you can see them flying over to the lake to fish. Lots of birds and wildlife visit the property. My lower area did have a seasonal pond last winter. The property is truly a peaceful sanctuary for dogs, and their owners.

A nice flat grassed area for you to exercise your dog. Large area to run or play ball with your dog.Ball launcher available sometimes( My dog is obsessed with it, so when I can sneak it away from her). Or use area for training one on one with your canine. An enjoyable experience noted by all guests visiting!! When you book a time it will just be you occupying the dog park. Welcome!! Sorry, no porta potty available, as it was put there by landscapers while they worked on property. Please do not book the 230pm time slot Mon-Fri if you have a reactive dog. Book the 3pm time slot as I rent the field out to a dog walker who leaves with many cars of dogs around 230pm or slightly thereafter, so that you do not cross paths with one another. Agility equipment area has just been added to sniffspot. Enter through secondary gate within sniffspot.Enjoy your visit!! Sometimes I have time slots available that do not show on calendar. You can message me and see if there is any availability on any particular day that may seem to be fully booked.
