Always a pleasure! We’ve been out here 3 times, our dog loves it so much! Huge space with safe fencing all around. Joe the Horse can be seen but generally doesn’t acknowledge our dog when he’s running/barking. Great spot for sniffs!

Beautiful day at Rovers Ranch. Perfect time to get a sniff in before the rain comes again. Wasn't muddy, just in some spots, but that's expected. Some sniff spots are way worse this time of year.

This was our 2nd trip to Rover’s Ranch Run. On a beautiful Wednesday our 3 dogs had a fabulous time running around the awesome property chasing balls and each other. The green grass is mowed in a good portion of the 2 acres and left high in other. My dogs love bounding through the high grass. It can be wet in a lot of areas (my dogs love that too) so it would be wise to wear rain boots. After our last visit I said to remember poop bags but I was incorrect, those are provided !! This place is perfect for my dogs and not far from where we live. Rover’s Ranch Run is a perfect place for your dogs to have an awesome experience !!

Mac always has a great time here. It wasn't muddy like I was expecting which was great. I liked that there was a mowed area and high grass that he liked to run through. Highly recommend.

This was our second time at Rover’s Ranch. Lots of room for our girl to run around and sniff and explore. Flat property with much of it mowed. Easy to follow instructions for access to the Sniffspot. Fencing is fine for our girl. Water and poop bags are provided and the gazebo allows for plenty of shade. This is great location for our dog-reactive baby!

Wow! What a treat Pepper Road Playpark is. Very easy instructions are sent upon booking that helped navigate the property. My Golden had the time of her life! We live in an apartment and dog parks are a bit too stimulating for my goofy girl so this is an absolute treasure. She wore herself out and was ready to go before the full hour but it was worth the trip and every penny. I look forward to returning and making this a regular outing. Thank you Nancy!

Great spot to run and play, even with all of the rain, it was not muddy, and the ground is fairly level, very few holes. The host is very friendly and accommodating.

This was our second time coming to this sniffspot because it is a great flat area for our pup to run around. Our shoes got a little muddy when we went earlier in the morning. The first visit, the cows came up pretty close and the second time there was a neighbor with their three dogs out. There is a surplus of poop bags and the fencing was sturdy and tall. We will definitely be coming back!

My dogs loved coming to pepper road! They have a hose for you to use and lots of bowls as well. There are plenty of spaces for the humans to sit down and relax, too! We will be coming back again.
