We have over an acre, fully fenced. Pull right up to the marked gate by the out building and go right in. Tall trees provide shade and there is seating. Our dog Oliver shares his toys and we keep a doggy waste station available for easy cleanup. We live in the house on the property with our 3 dogs but want to share our spacious yard with others. 1/27 As the ground thaws this site will have some muddy spots. Have you ever wanted to run your dog on three football sized flat fields? This is your chance. Located behind UPM Raflatac in the cane creek industrial park this huge spot is the third one we have built. It’s perfect for all ages of dogs and their humans because of the terrain! If you are up for an adventure, we have cut in a small trail to access Cane Creek. It is part of the same property but is NOT fenced in any way. If your pup enjoys off or on leash hikes, then feel free. The trail is outside the fenceing look for the silver gate across from the Gazbo. It is an out and back path with two small hills about a 3-5min walk in the woods. A picnic table, gazebo with swing, and hammock are located here for lots of seating and shelter. Some toys are provided. I think a Remote Control car or a drone, a mountain bike might be really fun to bring or even a Remote Control plane. This spot is actually part of the old Fletcher airport. All I want in life is to help people to have balanced dogs in their lives! Enjoy!

WE ARE OPEN post-Helene! The top pasture of this small farm is available for dogs to sniff and exercise. Sometimes there will be farm animal smells, horses and goats, and turkeys, rabbits and deer may also visit. The neighbors have a dog in their fenced yard but they're usually good about bringing him in if someone is in the sniff spot. There is a nice hill to tire everyone out, and a pretty view of my little farm. If you sit at the top and throw balls down the hill your dogs will get very tired! There is a picnic table, a swing, a table and chairs, a fire pit chairs, a splashing trough, a dog toy box, and a hose. You can pull right in through the double red gates and close them behind you, to leave my neighbors room to drive past. This will also ensure your dogs don't escape from the sniff spot when you open the car doors. There is a large horse water trough, feel free to dump it and refill it if you need to (and if you're strong enough!) Please have fun with the dog toys - if your dog tears one up just toss out the stuffing or pieces. That's just what dogs do!

We've removed a couple of tiny houses but otherwise it is as as depicted in the video. With slight changes based on season. We have 9.5 acres of pristine mountain glory We have a large unfenced Field, Shallow Creek with some small waterfalls, a spring that feeds a tiny pond, a large cleared Homesite that's away from the road moderate to difficult trails and beautiful views. The trails are moderate until you come to the areas that we had landslides, at which point, you can turn around or enjoy the difficulty it presents. Sometimes I or other guests may be on property. If you don't want any other dogs present while you're here, please confirm by text ahead of your reservation time. Thanks so much! We look forward to sharing our sweet space with you. We do not have any trash service. All dogs outside the off-leash park area must be on a leash at all times. Owners must carry leash at all times; and dogs must be leashed entering and exiting the Dog Park. 2. Persons are required to remove feces deposited by their dog on public property. Owners must clean up after their dogs immediately. Disposable bags are availabe at various locations within the Dog Park. 3. Dogs must be properly licensed inoculated as per State and City Laws. Proof of such may be required at any time. As per Title 10-Animal Control-Sevierville Municipal Code/Chapter 10-104 Penalities In addition to the penalities hereinafter provided any Police Officer of the City or any person desginated by the Police Chief shall impound any such dog or cat which does not carry tags. The owner may obtain possession of any dog or cat so impounded or seized by paying an impounding fee in accordance with schedule set fort in 10-402 and paying the reasonalbe cost of keeping such dog or cat during the time that it is impounded, provided however, that said dog or cat shall not be released until proof has been furnished to the Police Officer that the dog or cat has been inoculated with antirabic vaccine in accordance wih the terms of this chapter. 4. This spot is AMAZING! We go to different SniffSpots almost every week and this is a new favorite. Enzo really loved all of the balls everywhere and playing in the water. We absolutely LOVE this spot and will keep on visiting with our pup! The space is fully enclosed, yet there is TONS of space and even access to a portion of a small creek that our dog loves to run up and down (beware - things can get muddy, so bring a towel!) Oh my gosh! They had SO much fun! Our 3 year old shepherd mix spent half his time zooming around the field, and half his time splashing in the little stream! Our 13 year old little mix ran the whole length of the perimeter. Neither of them wanted to leave, I had to trick them back to the car with food. What a great spot!

We brought our 3 labs. One was recently diagnosed with epilepsy and another with terminal cancer. This was the perfect place to allow our babies an opportunity to get outside to a new place unbothered and stress free.
