Our beautiful property- that we are so blessed to share with you, and that we have spent some much time and effort to make so that our guests love the full experience we offer, HAS Been severely impacted by Tropical Storm Helene. *****For the foreseeable future- and for the safety of our human and canine guests- Access will be restricted to our 4 Large fenced enclosures, along with the fields on the front side of the property- in Front of the cement wall. Thank you for your understanding and continued patronage. Tranquil 21 acres. Easy to find. Located off a quiet "No outlet" road. Property is half wooded with trails, half pasture. Multiple large, grassy, fully fenced dog pastures; 4.5' high fencing. Fully fenced obedience training ring with gates, broadjumps, highjumps, and bar jump. Trails to lazy creek and around perimeter of property. Kennels, cover, chairs and fans available for use in pole barn .

Click the YouTube link to see a video tour of the property as it was operating prior to the hurricane. Most everything still looks the same... We've removed a couple of tiny houses but otherwise it is as as depicted in the video. With slight changes based on season. We have 9.5 acres of pristine mountain glory We have a large unfenced Field, Shallow Creek with some small waterfalls, a spring that feeds a tiny pond, a large cleared Homesite that's away from the road moderate to difficult trails and beautiful views. The trails are moderate until you come to the areas that we had landslides, at which point, you can turn around or enjoy the difficulty it presents. Sometimes I or other guests may be on property. If you don't want any other dogs present while you're here, please confirm by text ahead of your reservation time. Thanks so much! We look forward to sharing our sweet space with you. We do not have any trash service. Please do not leave any trash of any version on property including plastic wrapped poop... you'd think that would go without saying...but experience shows it must be said.🙄 All of your activities while on property are at your own risk. Owners, heirs, and other affiliated parties are not responsible for anything that happens to you or your pet.

1/27 As the ground thaws this site will have some muddy spots. Have you ever wanted to run your dog on three football sized flat fields? This is your chance. Located behind UPM Raflatac in the cane creek industrial park this huge spot is the third one we have built. It’s perfect for all ages of dogs and their humans because of the terrain! If you are up for an adventure, we have cut in a small trail to access Cane Creek. It is part of the same property but is NOT fenced in any way. If your pup enjoys off or on leash hikes, then feel free. The trail is outside the fenceing look for the silver gate across from the Gazbo. It is an out and back path with two small hills about a 3-5min walk in the woods. A picnic table, gazebo with swing, and hammock are located here for lots of seating and shelter. Some toys are provided. I think a Remote Control car or a drone, a mountain bike might be really fun to bring or even a Remote Control plane. This spot is actually part of the old Fletcher airport. All I want in life is to help people to have balanced dogs in their lives! Enjoy!

We love our backyard because there is always a shady spot during hot summers! We live in a very quiet neighborhood without much traffic and even less foot traffic. It's great for people and dogs that just want to have their privacy and time to themselves.

8.5 acres unfenced with the exception of a 70' x 70' fully fenced area. Primarily open flat fields you can play fetch in. We also have some agility equipment to enjoy. Back side of property are woods to walk in that leads to a creek to play in.

Our sniff spot is equipped with a fenced in field, agility course (beginner and advanced friendly), large unfenced open field, as well as large jumps for competition dogs. While this is a sniffy location for your canine companion, please respect that we are in fact a dog training facility as well! Please stay in the designated areas away from our private kennels and training buildings. Poop scoops and water bowls are included on site, please pick up after your dogs so we can keep our facility clean for others! Designated area: agility course, fenced in field, open field past large jumps

MORRIS BROADBAND Dog Park Rules 1. Dogs must be properly licensed, inoculated & Healthy. 2. Dogs must wear collar & ID tag at all times in Dog Park. 3. Owners are legally responsible for their Dogs & any injuries caused by them at the Dog Park. 4. Owners must clean up after their Dogs immediately. 5. Dogs showing aggressive behavior towards other dogs or people must be removed from the Dog Park. Animals that exhibit a history of aggressive behavior will not be allowed to return to the Dog Park. 6. Puppies using the Dog Park must be at least 6 months old. 7. Owners shall not leave dogs unattended or out of sight. 8. Dogs in \"heat\" will not be allowed to enter the Dog Park. 9. Owners must carry leash at all times; and dogs must be leashed entering and exiting the Dog Park. 10. Children under the age of 13 yrs are not permitted inside the Dog Park area. 11. Limit of 2 dogs per handler allowed at the Dog Park. 12. Violators of Dog Park rules are subject to removal & suspension from use of the Dog Park. 13. Bring a water bottle & bowl for your Dog to drink from. 14. No smoking is allowed in the Dog Park area at any time. 15. Report any bites to the Henderson County Animal Services at 687-4912. In case of emergency call 9-1-1. Report any problems or concerns to the Fletcher Parks & Recreation Department at 687-0751, extension 140.
