Enjoy this fully fenced private yard with turf - no more muddy paws! If your dogs can’t swim, please keep them out of the pool. If they can, they’re more than welcome to jump in! Max 2 humans per dog and max 6 dogs and 6 humans are allowed in the spot. More may be allowed on a case-by-case basis and will be charged as extras. Host will generally not greet guests. Our yard shares a fence with our neighbor, who has 2 dogs. Guest will likely hear the neighbor’s dogs if they’re outside but will never be able to interact. This is a fun, spacious spot with a pool available for dogs to use, lots of grassy space for your dog to run around, lighting at night, and different amenities for humans! It's generally best for dogs over 20 pounds because of a small gap under a gate in the yard (see the fencing section of the description), but dogs under this weight are more than welcome to come if this isn't an issue for them! The yard also has lounge chairs (just take the black covers off and then put them back on before you leave) and a outlet for charging (behind the chairs in the shade) for owners, as well as other amenities (see the amenities section).

The pool is starting to cool off for the fall, and due to the trees dropping leaves, is difficult to keep clean. The pool will close for humans on 10/15, and while it will continue to be safe for everyone, may not be as clean as during the normal Summer months.

Bring your pups to enjoy our 1/2 acre fully fenced yard with short cut maintained grass, sparkling salt water swimming pool, covered seating area with ceiling fan, fully stocked outdoor drink fridge, and free Wi-Fi, where you and rover can comfortably play, swim, and relax. Poop bags, hand sanitizer, and dog toys are available at no extra charge. We offer a 6 foot board on board privacy fence on the sides of our property between neighboring lots, and a 6 foot wrought iron fence along the back and front so you and your pup can take in the amazing scenic view. Unlike regular chlorine pools, our saltwater oasis is gentle on your dog's coat and sensitive eyes, ensuring they can splash and play without any discomfort. What makes our pool truly special for canines is the pool ramp – a perfect feature for dogs who are a bit hesitant about water. This ramp allows your dog to gradually get used to the water at their own pace. For conservation purposes, we maintain the water level at ramp height, meaning the pool reaches a depth of at least 5 feet at its deepest point. Beyond the pool, there's a world of exploration waiting for your dog. The yard offers a plethora of sniffing spots and leads to the enchanting Cottonwood Creek. It's important to note that this area is not fenced, so do keep a watchful eye on your adventurous companions. Before diving into the pool, we kindly ask that you shower your dogs.
