We are a private home business on a shared property of 28 acres. We are not fenced but are pushed farther back on the property for privacy. You have access to our walking trail, which leads back to a pond and creek several acres behind our house. Your dog is welcome to run, Sniff and play as much as they want. We provide treats, snacks, leashes, and even an outdoor grooming tub to rinse off your furry friend after your playtime adventure. Towels also provided. We have a small outdoor run in case you need to house one of your pets while you visit us. You will also have access to water, electricity, and don't hesitate to make use of our hammock, outdoor furniture, and fire pit! Trash cans, dog bags, dog treats, human snacks and drinks will also be available. While we don't have a "public" restroom, someone will usually always be on site. Just knock - we promise we don't bite! If you're interested in training, boarding, or professional grooming, we do all of it! There are trees lining the fence and a small wet weather pond. Mostly open yard area for running and sniffing! Ideal for bigger and non reactive dogs. Outside kitchen can be used to rinse off in sink or grab a cold water from mini fridge. Poop bags, towels, and dog treats provided for your convenience. There is also a water hose and towels provided to rinse off dogs if they get too dirty.

The pool is starting to cool off for the fall, and due to the trees dropping leaves, is difficult to keep clean. The pool will close for humans on 10/15, and while it will continue to be safe for everyone, may not be as clean as during the normal Summer months.

This is a nice big yard that your pups are sure to feel free and run around and play. Easy access to the yard and parking is available right in front of the house along the long sidewalk.

Fence is original farm fencing with mixed wood and wire on the Lone Oak RV park side. Woods are not mown or kept trimmed. Jump fallen branches and sniff animal paths.

Need advance notice and conformation to make sure our furr babies are out of the way. They will, however, be barking enthusiastically from the inside of the house. Our property is fully fenced by 6’ privacy fence. There are swings, a trampoline (netted), & a “mud kitchen” for little. Access to water bowl & hose. We also have a sprinkler for those extra toasty summer days. We are LGBTQ+ friendly & strive to create a safe space for all.
