Step into our fully fenced in dog park nestled in a beautiful forest full of cedars, maples, and many many ferns. The dogs will be so mentally engaged jumping over logs, dodging through ferns and playing with sticks galore. There is a path worn in around the perimeter of the zone, but feel free to romp where ever you please if you dare! There are poop bags and a bucket for these at the front gate. There is water in a blue 5 gallon jug and a dog bowl. Please note- the road through the property to reach sniff spot is gravel!

Off West Pole Road, there’s a little lane next to a DeWildes nursery field. Our front field has a hidden gate (see pictures!) that will let you into our fully fenced front field. The grass is field grass and a little more rough and uneven than a yard lawn, i.e. diggers welcome!!

22+ acre property with 20 acres that is fully/securely fenced. The front half is an open field & orchard, the back is forested and has maintained trails throughout. There's covered seating in the field & woods, portapotty, drinking water station, toys etc - see amenities for more details. There are seasonal streams, ponds in the woods this time of year, plus extra puddles & mud during/after moderate-heavy rain. Foot bridges and woodchips keep the main trails in decent shape for walking but there are plenty of muddy areas to explore so expect a wet, dirty dog - waterproof traction boots (muckboots etc) recommended. There's an elevated dogwash station (with tethers) for faster cleaning that's easy on the back and keeps clothing drier; bring your own towels. Reservations are available up to 30 days in advance. Some days fill fast but plans can change & bookings get modified/canceled (2+hrs beforehand) - check back for an opening if interested. Thank you for being considerate of our space by reading and abiding by SS and spot specific rules and asking all who accompany you to do the same. First time visitors get an auto-message 2hrs beforehand with helpful info.

Timber Paws is a dog day camp service operating in and around the Bellingham, WA area. During non-operating hours our private and fully fenced-in dog park area is available for rent via Sniffspot. Take advantage of nearly 2 acres of natural, wooded terrain with plenty of space to run, chase, and fetch. The Pacific Northwest Trail, a through-hike trail hundreds of miles long, runs directly through our property via the gravel road and allows you to go on hikes of virtually unlimited duration. Please note that the standing propane heater is NOT for Sniffspot users. Please also keep out of the tiny house - guests are NOT permitted to enter. Any usage or tampering with the heater or tiny house will result in a loss of future booking privileges. PLEASE do not allow your dog to play with the toys and tennis balls if they are known to destroy them. These are intended for the day camp dogs and I can't keep constantly replacing them out of pocket. The garbage can is to throw away poop only. Please also bring your own water. Please replace any toys that are destroyed by your dog.

Acreage is divided into 3 areas, with gates open or closed to limit or expand running space. Higher areas are drier, puddles in the lower spots. Pastures are vacant through the winter months. Parking is along a private gravel dead-end road. There is a SniffSpot sign on the double green gate. There are occasional dog-walkers along the road, but otherwise the spot is private.

We have separated our yard into a small fenced area which surrounds our front door and borders a portion of our driveway. The remainder of the yard is where you’ll be spending your time. We love our yard. It feels like an oasis in the middle of a nice neighbourhood not far from the City Center. The yard is mainly made up of a large grassy field. It’s bordered by large wisteria covered trees and bamboo which provides shade during the heat of summer. We have a small section with fruit bushes such as raspberries and blueberries. WEATHER ALERT: If you are checking the weather online check the Ferndale (98248) weather. The Bellingham weather stops at the Smith Road. My prevailing wind is from the South BUT I do get the cold NE wind from Canada. NOTE: This is an acreage area which formerly held dog events; barn hunt, earth dog, carting, rally, obedience, tracking and nose work. The off leash area was set up for the dogs to have a place to run and play safely away from the other dogs when not working. This is all sandy loam so no standing water even when it rains. There is a water faucet down by the smaller barn (west side). You are welcome to fill your dog's bowls. Just be sure you turn the water off after. I have put some folding chairs just inside the big door of the barn. You are welcome to use them. I have also put a shovel out there so you can fill in any holes your dog digs. It is important you put balls back in the crate, they do not do well under the mower (the mower doesn't like it either. Please fill in any large holes your dog digs, so my mower doesn't bog down in one. if you want a bit more room to run your dogs, you may close the 2 big gates and let your dog run in the "parking area". It is all fully fenced. Be aware, the big gate into the back pasture does have a gap under it. THE BACK PASTURE IS OFF LIMITS THERE IS LIVESTOCK BACK THERE! PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG EVEN IN THE BIG AREA. THANK YOU!!!

we have an approximately 2500 ft.² fully insulated shop with some agility equipment (tunnels, a couple of jumps, some weave poles/cones, tires) in addition to some people toys (giant connect four, cornhole, beer-less pong, etc) There is a heater to use, just please remember to turn it off when you leave. Expect the space to be chilly in the winter.- but not rainy, wet, or muddy!!! Right now, it’s pretty bare bones; the floor is concrete with the exception of some mats under jumps, but we plan to use the proceeds from the Sniffspot to get more mats and improve on the space as quickly we are able!

Our property is shy of 12 acres, 9+ acres of which we're sharing as a private off leash dog space or Sniffspot. The entrance is over the bridge where the creek is and 'From Creek to Back of Property' is all yours to explore. You may unleash your doggies right after the bridge and chain the gate if you want. Dogs might run down the creek for a splash or drink. Continue on to our family campground, there are picnic tables you could use. Then, up the hill you go to 'hike up the mini forest', free to roam around, listen to the birds, squirrels and other critters and sounds that nature brings you. You'll find seating areas while your dogs are at play, feel free to use them. Enjoy a picnic with your loved ones if you're up for it on one of the cabin porches or covered / uncovered picnic tables. The back of property behind fence is DNR land, so rest assured you’re on your own private little world with your furry buddies. The mini forest has some large walking paths and smaller trails scattered about, also some open meadows and is at a peaceful wooded setting. This is where I go to unwind and relieve my head of stress and worries. It’s my place of meditation, while my dogs sniff and romp around like crazy, do their zoomies and play hide n seek! *If you want to save a little bit of moolah, check out Sniffpass. Forget about the gym, you'll get your exercise here with your dogs. If you have older dog/s and would like to drive below the hill to park so the fur buddy don't get exhausted, message me.* Some of you have asked about the cabins.
