We had a wonderful time at this sniff spot! The trails were easy to navigate and clear of long/tall grass. The dogs were able to wander off trail into the woods and get into the water. We had a lot of fun!

Very nice trails. Easy to follow. There are mosquitos (not horrible) at dusk time but Kaycee warned us ahead of time and we prepared for it.

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY!!!!! I cannot wait to come back!!! Went for a hike and then ended with a swim session at the beach area by the house which was immaculate with beautiful clear water (my big dog made it all cloudy with his jumping around) but the substrate settled quickly and the fish came back. There is so much to explore and is great if you enjoy wildlife viewing. Thank you so so much for opening your amazing property up for us fellow dog owners 🤗

This is such a beautiful property! We brought our two dogs for a walk on the trails and we all had a wonderful time. Both dogs, who normally will not go in the water played at the water’s edge and had the best time splashing around and sniffing everything-they were so happy ❤️ Can’t wait to come back again!

It was an amazing experience for my dog and I. It was worth the time we traveled and I think it was one of the best times my dog has had. He loved being able to walk the trails and pick our direction. He ran ahead and then would wait for me to catch up. When I bought out his tennis balls he had a blast chasing them down the trails. He had his first experience jumping in the water (I tried a pool for him before but he just drank it) and he realized he didn't really like the water. It was okay, I loved that he learned something new about himself. What a great place to come. The only downside was that we could hear frequent what sounded like gunshots from a neighbor and it started him more than once. Overall once he was used to them he was fine.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. It is exactly what I’ve been looking for to let my little guy really run free and explore. This is a truly special property with tons of different trails winding around small ponds and streams. I can’t wait to go back - what a find!
