Clear instructions on where to park and how to access backyard. Everything was well maintained and tidy. The chairs near the fire pit were a great place to sit while watching my pup explore. Fencing was very secure and the backyard was nice and spacious for him to roam! We’ll be coming back for sure!

Everything about this location is very nice. The yard was large, well-landscaped, fenced, and clean. There were sunny areas and shady areas. My dogs had a great time there. The size of the yard offered a lot for them to explore. Although I did not meet the host personally, I messaged my thanks to her. She answered quickly and was very nice also. I look forward to future visits.

Very lovely yard, nice thick grass, well maintained, diverse landscapes, open areas perfect for frisbee, other areas with planted shrubs, & trees that are great for sniffing. Chairs around a fire pit area & also on covered patio. Toys, water & bowl available but we also had brought our own too. Very quiet huge yard, very well fenced in all areas. We really enjoyed our visit along with our 2 young 70 lb Old English Bulldogs. We will be back:)

Massive yard space of varying terrain (grass, dirt, pebble). Very quiet aside from the occasional car passing in front of the yard). Will definitely come again when my pup needs a large space to zoom.

What a lovely, spacious place to sniff! Ginger was a great communicator and host. The yard has a grassy landscape, and a lush wooded area with plenty of room to play and explore. We had a great time and will be back!

Amazing clean property and great communication from hosts! We reached out to see if we could book a same day visit, and got a very quick response. We have 3 dogs who- unfortunately for us- are all only nose motivated. We’ve found lots of nice places but only a few that have kept them interested for a full hour. Ginger’s One Acre listing was a great mix of land to run and trees to sniff. We’ll definitely be coming back, it was worth the visit!

This was our first time using Sniffspot and we really enjoyed this spot. The yard was amazing - large, very well maintained and extremely clean. We loved the fact that there was a grassy area as well as an area that looked like a mini forest. We will definitely be back!

I am so grateful that Ginger has opened up her acre to allow pet owners to utilize. My Coconut and Lucy were soooo happy! They had so much fun running, exploring and being out in the fresh air! This property is amazing. The yard is well kept, the patio area is perfectly comfy and shady. I loved how there was an available water bowl. I just poured my own water bottles into it and my dogs got to drink when we they needed to. There is also toys for the doggies to play with and a trash can for convenience. I adored this yard so much! It is huge and just a great place for a dog like mine to release some energy. I definitely plan on coming back again and again. Coconut and Lucy are extremely thankful like me to have a place to go to like this! Thank you Ginger!

This spot is HUGE! Super clean and fun for the dogs, the entrance is a gate door right by the mail (I was confused lol) definitely will be coming back it's fully fenced and so nice!

We do competitive obedience with our dog so we are always looking for off-leash areas for training. This was our first time using Sniffspot. The yard was big, super clean/well-kept, lots of shade as well. Our dog got to sniff around after training and we all loved it! Highly recommend!

Excellent spot! Made me wish I had a big dog who could run the acre. My 4 medium/littles had a blast. They ran and sniffed their way all over. The grass, gravel, pavement and dirt gave them so much enrichment. They will sleep for days! (Mine found a couple of the spots where they could escape, but they are not keen on running away.)

This was my puppy’s first time ever visiting a Sniff Spot and boy oh boy, she had the time of her life! Living in Downtown Dallas, we don’t get any chances for her to be safely off leash, and even when we do walk her, other off leash dogs always want to run up to her, so we always have to drive in order to walk her safely. This was certainly one of our best experiences- she was able to just freely run and have fun! The space was clean, large, and provided space for sitting and relaxing for both my husband and I and our pup. THANK YOU for the best first SniffSpot experience ever! ❤️🐶
