Nice yard, exactly as pictured. Lots of street parking- I parked on Jamaica street & entered from that side. Yard is divided into two sections with a little fence separating them that can be left open. Back yard has a little slope. Thank you for letting us visit!

Exactly as advertised, perfect for a 30 minute run. Note if you have a bigger dog s/he might be able to jump the fence (as my pup tried to do).

I am a volunteer for HRA and I rented this spot for a mini field trip w a shelter dog. Was very easy to find and not too far from the shelter. My doggy that day was Suge and he really enjoyed the free space and lounging in the grass and eating leaves. The fences worked great for us and they left us great details about how to find it and descriptions of the space. I enjoyed lounging in a chair while Suge chewed his ball. I would rent again! Such a chill day w my deserving shelter dog. Thanks again!

Beautiful yard! Easy to find, easy entry, clean, and so nice to have a hose and water dish on a warm day. The side yard was perfect for a game of fetch, and the back was great to play soccer with my herding pup. So happy to have a nice spot in the city to let my dogs get the zoomies out and get some fresh air off leash! Hosts were accommodating and responsive. Thank you!

Such a gem in DC! It's a spacious yard - plenty of room for my golden retriever to romp around in. She had so much fun fetching and sniffing! Jason provided water and a garbage can. His directions are very accurate as well. He is a great host... we will be coming back!

We had a great time in Jason’s yard with our recently rescued dog Mandy! Very spacious with lots of room to run and sniff. The shade from the trees in the morning was clutch. Access and everything was just as described in the listing. We’re excited to make this a regular visit!

We had a lovely time at this location. It is a beautiful yard with plenty of room for our dog to enjoy playing ball and running. The yard is even bigger than it appears in photos. There is plenty of parking, the instructions were clear, and there is seating available. We hope to be back soon. Thanks for sharing your yard!
