This was our first time doing this & Draco loved it! Definitely will be back. 😌 such a beautiful place!! I would recommend getting some sort of mat for the dogs between the yard and pool. The concrete was super hot for him 😕 Otherwise please book with her! She is so kind as well. I also made a fun tiktok I’ll be posting after editing. My dog had the time of her life in Lisa’s backyard oasis and so did I! She left a bowl of water, a bubble machine, poop bags, sanitizer, toys, and even treats by the pool for us! I got to escape from the heat and take a swim in the shady pool while my dog jumped in again and again for an hour straight. For the last 30 min, we played fetch in her nicely-kept yard space so that my dog could air dry. She will sleep like a dream tonight and we are both so grateful. ♥️

The hosts were communicative and welcoming and the backyard was amazing ! Lots of natural shade which is a must right now and the my pup LOVED the pool. Lots for her to explore in the backyard but I didn’t have any concerns of her exploring. The backyard is very well secured and the little area with toys treats and a fresh bowl of water were such sweet touches. We’ll definitely be back!

Lisa’s yard is a little slice of paradise for dogs and humans. The pool was gorgeous, and the larger ledge is a nice spot for dogs to sit or lay in the water between swims. She has lots of seating and shady spots to escape the AZ sun. She left out a bucket of toys, water, treats and poop bags - so thoughtful. We will definitely be back.

This was a great sniffspot! Everything was as described and the owner was responsive and helpful. It was just the right size for our German Shorthaired Pointer. Even though sniffspot didn’t even notify the owner that we we had reserved her listing, the backyard was still clean and ready for us. My two dogs and I had a great time at Ray's Sniffspot! It was our first visit to this Sniffspot and it definitely won't be our last. It was very kind of Ray to give us a quick tour of the yard and pool. Ray was also very great with communication prior to our visit. We visited midday in early July so spaces with full sun were a bit toasty but there is a good amount of shade available over the pool and on some of the turf. The shade over the pool made the water perfectly cool and refreshing! The grotto and waterfall was a fun feature that my dogs liked to swim to and stand in and they also liked the Baja step. Next to the pool is a perfect little bathroom which was helpful to have for me to change into dry clothes after swimming with my dogs. That's something we haven't seen at other Sniffspots that have pools! The gate is on the west side of the property with some uncovered concrete and rocks so just keep that in mind when entering/leaving the property with your pups on a sunny summer day. The whole property was very secure and safe and we look forward to visiting again in the future!

Are small dog parks safe?

While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers).
