Public dog park
lease use the mutt mitt dispensers and waste containers located at the parks' fence lines. Owners/custodians must clean up after their dog(s) to decrease the spread of disease. Dogs must be kept on a leash until the owners/custodian and dog(s) are in the dog park and the entrance gates are fully closed after entry. Outside of gated dog parks, the Phoenix Leash Law applies at all times and in all places. Dogs must be accompanied by their owners/custodians. Owners/custodians must maintain voice control over their dog(s) and keep them in sight while visiting the dog park. Dog behavior can be unpredictable around other dogs and strangers. For the safety of all the dogs at the parks, immediately leash your dog if it exhibits aggressive behavior and leave the dog park area. To help keep the dog parks clean, please do not groom animals at the park.

As a quick reference: City parks shall be open from dawn until 10 p.m., unless otherwise posted No littering, polluting or glass containers at any city park No camping or staying overnight unless granted permission to do so in designated area No bicycles, skateboards, horses or vehicles unless in designated area as specified on signage No dogs without a leash unless in designated dog park area

14 gorgeous grass acres with beautiful trees. Plenty of room to run or to work on dog obedience and skill training. Fully fenced separate from our smaller 1 acre field. Perfect for play dates with dog friends or just as a respite from the day to day stress and noise. Porta Potty, trash buckets, picnic tables and fresh water available. There will be irrigation lines in the field but we will try to keep them out of your way. Tonopaws is one of the premier dock diving facilities in the country. I have been involved in dock diving since 2012 and opened Tonopaws in March, 2019. The pool is 4' deep, 45' long and 40' wide. Around 4,000 sq ft of fully fenced backyard for your pup(s) to run around and play in Surprise, AZ. Private entrance through the side gate and plenty of street parking in our quiet neighborhood so very easy access. We have two dogs of our own who love their private play time so we would love to offer that to other pet parents who could use a yard. There will be no double booking and no interaction between our pups and yours. The yard will be completely closed off for you and your pets to enjoy for the duration of your stay! Rules: •PLEASE don’t allow your pup(s) to dig in the grass. It’s a long process to fix and forces us to close the yard until the grass regrows which means less play time for ours and other pups. •Please clean up after your pet! There is a pooper scooper, bags, and trash can available. •Close all gates on your way out •Have fun and enjoy! Feel free to bring any special toys or treats that your pup likes to make the experience more enjoyable.

We have a half-acre of land in which your dog can roam. There are many trees they can walk and sniff under to keep shady. There's a nice long stretch of open yard so you can throw a ball. The pool is big but not very deep - swimmers rejoice in the summer! The pool is not fenced for those fearful of their dogs around water. Looking for a few nice respectful owners and dogs.

Dog Park Rules: Enter at your own risk. Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Keep small children and infants under strict supervision. You are required by law to pick up your pet waste and to properly dispose of it. – City Code 27-48A. Aggressive dogs are not allowed. Remove dogs at the first sign of aggression. Owners are liable for any injuries or damage. All dogs must be licensed and vaccinated and must wear their identification and permit tags. Dog owner must be in attendance with your dog at all times, and carry a visible leash. Limit 3 dogs per visit. Dog owners must be able to maintain control of their dogs. Leash dogs while entering and exiting the dog park. Any damage done to the park (such as digging) must be repaired immediately. Female dogs in heat are not allowed in the dog park. Dog treats and food are not allowed in the park. All dog owners who fail to comply with the above rules may be asked to leave, or be ticketed. Dog owners must comply with all city park regulations. – City Code 27-42

Enter at your own risk. Dog owners are liable for any injuries or damage. ARS § 11-1020; ARS § 11-1025. Dogs must be leashed prior to entering and upon leaving the fenced area. Dogs may run "off leash" only in this area. Gates must be kept closed at all times. Limit two dogs per handler. Dogs must be licensed, vaccinated, and wear a visible tag. Puppies using the dog friendly area must be older than 4 months. Female dogs in heat are not allowed inside the fenced area. An adult must accompany youth under the age of 12. Dog handlers must be in attendance with his/her dog and carry a visible leash, at all times. Dog waste should be bagged and disposed of in the containers provided. Dogs showing aggressive behavior must be removed from the area immediately. Dog treats, food or alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the fenced area. No smoking allowed within the fenced area. Abide by City rules and regulations.
